Objective: To observe the compound ginseng volatile oil aerosol of isoproterenol subacute myocardial ischemia model on blood rheology of blood stasis model in rats,the compound discuss ginseng volatile oil aerosols and blood circulation anticoagulant antithrombotic mechanism.Methods: SPF level healthy Wistar rats,male and female,respectively,to obtain isoproterenol subacute myocardial ischemia animal model of blood stasis rat model after randomization: sham operation group,model control group,nitric acid glycerol group,compound ginseng volatile oil aerosols high(600mg / kg),medium(300mg / kg),low(150mg/ kg)three dose groups.Detection Indicator:(1)ECG: observe the ST segment millivolt changed after intraperitoneal injection of isoproterenol;(2)serum markers for detection:(1)serum superoxide dismutase(SOD),glutathione glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px)vitality,nitric oxide(NO),nitric oxide synthase(NOS)activity and the malondialdehyde(MDA),cardiac troponin-I(cTn-l)content;(3)serum myocardial three enzymes: aspartate aminotransferase(AST);creatine kinase(CK);lactate dehydrogenase(LDH).(3)hemorheology:(1)plasma high shear rate,the shear rate,low shear rate.Plasma viscosity;(2)plasma 6-keto-prostaglandin F1?(6-Keto-PGF1?)content;(3)plasma D-dimer.Results: 1 Ginseng compound protective effects of volatile oil aerosols ischemic myocardial injury:(1)Electrocardiogram showed compound ginseng volatile oil aerosol can reduce the ?-ST segment volts degrees,reduce the extent of myocardial injury.(2)Compound ginseng volatile oil aerosol can reduce myocardial ischemia serum cTn-I content,reducing myocardial injury.Ischemic myocardial protection mechanism study of compound ginseng volatile oil aerosol 2:(1)study showed that the antioxidant mechanism of injury,compound ginseng volatile oil aerosols reduce serum MDA content of myocardial ischemia,increasing SOD,GSH,GSH-Px enzyme activity,increase the concentration of NO,NOS energy,protection of myocardial injury by anti-oxidation mechanism.3 Compound ginseng volatile oil aerosols through blood rheology experiments,can reduce blood stasis rat plasma high,medium and low shear rate,lower blood viscosity,lowerblood 6-Keto-PGF1? content,but two of the D-mer little effect.Conclusion: Experimental studies have shown that ginseng volatile oil aerosol compound animal ischemic myocardial injury has a protective effect.And it may be anti-platelet aggregation,reduce blood viscosity,prevent thrombosis.
