| Shexiangbaoxin dispering tablet(SBDT) is a new type traditoinal Chinese medicine tardigrade preparation in development. In this paper, the anti-myocardial ischemia effect were studied and the mechanism of this effect was also probed. In the results, the electrocardiogram T wave elevation and ST segment drift in acute myocardial ischemia rats induced by pituitrin or isoprenaline were inhibited ;and the area of myocardial infarction rats and dogs were reduced by SBDT, respectively. SBDT can also prolong the surviving time of mice in normobaric hypoxia. The coronary blood flow were significantly increased in isolated guinea pig hearts and coronary ligated dogs by SBDT. Those results indicated that SBDT has protective effects on ischemia myocardium. In hemodynamics experiment of coronary ligated dogs, the left ventricular systolic pressure, ventricular pressure maximal change rate ,cardiac output, stroke work and cardiac index were significantly increased by SBDT. Meanwhile, the left ventricular end diastolic pressure was decreased. The pump effect of hearts, blood and oxygen supply of ischemia zone were obviously improved. The heart rate, coronary vascular resistance and total peripheral vascular resistance were reduced in coronary ligated dogs by SBDT. The electrocardiogram QT interphase were shorten while the time of diastolic were prolonged correspondingly. The myocardial oxygen consumption were decreased in myocardia ischemia dogs. The blood-lipid of rats with hyperlipidemia were decreased and hemorheology in rats of acute stasis model and hyperlipidemia were improved by SBDT. In acetic acid-induced pain model and formaldehyde-induced pain model in mice,the writhing frequency and pain score were reduced by SBDT.All experimental studies showed that SBDT has antimyocardial ischemia effects. The superoxide dismutage(SOD) activity increased, the content of malondialhydride(MDA) decreased in myocardium and stabilize cytomembrane ,the releasement of myocardium enzyme inhibited, the nitrogen monoxide increased in serum, blood-lipid reduced, the hemorheology improved, were the some of the mechanism.All of the results, SBDT has the antimyocardial ischemia effects through increasing coronary blood flow and reducing myocardial oxygen consumptin and improving the systolic and diastolic function of heart. |
