Purpose: Observing yiqi huoxue fang unclogged arteries in acute myocardial ischemia model of rats induced by ISO the influence of the influence of the electrocardiogram?ecg?,myocardial tissue morphology and impact on serum CTnI levels,explore the yiqi huoxue fang unclogged arteries mechanisms play a role.Method: After eliminating the rats of ecg is abnormal,60 ecg of normal rats were randomly divided into blank group,model group,compound salvia tablet group,high,medium and low dose group.Using hydrochloric acid isopropyl adrenaline induced acute myocardial ischemia model of rats,to observe rat ecg ST segment after building,CTnI levels in serum and myocardial tissue morphological structure changes.Result: Ecg ST segment acute myocardial ischemia in rats were significantly higher,CTni levels were significantly increased,model group and high dose group of Chinese medicine,the effect was dose group,low dose group,Chinese medicine group difference is obvious.Acute myocardial ischemia rats in different myocardial injury in chengdu,but to a lesser Chinese medicine high dose group of myocardial injury.Conclusion: Yiqi huoxue fang unclogged arteries in acute myocardial ischemia has some prevention and cure function.Mainly reflected in this compound can effectively inhibit myocardial ischemia ecg ST segment elevation,reduce serum CTnI levels,reduce ischemia caused by changes of shape and structure of myocardial tissue.Yiqi huoxue unclogged arteries may by adjusting the energy metabolism of ischemic myocardial cells,and alleviate the inflow Ca2+,stable cell structure so as to play the role of anti myocardial ischemia.
