To Observe The Clinical Therapeutic Effect Of Supplementing Qi And Activating Blood Circulation Method In Treatment Of Patients With Myocardial Bridge

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Yiqi Huoxue Method in the treatment of qi deficiency and blood stasis type of patients with myocardial bridge, and the clinical evaluation of the effectiveness and safety of.The selected50patients were from the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University Of Chinese Medicine and the Harbin Medical University Affiliated Hospital outpatient,diagnosis of myocardial bridge patients with Qi deficiency and blood stasis,Case collection time for April2013to February2014, the treatment group and control group every25people, including5cases of patients with medication adherence is poor for fall off cases, control group fall off3people, the remaining22people,2treatment group falls off, the remaining23people.By statistical analysis of clinical data of treatment group and control group two groups of patients with gender, age had no significant difference (P＞0.05), no statistical significance.Treatment group of patients based on the basis of drug therapy to give the yiqi huoxue formula, one dose per day, in the morning and take time,4weeks as a course of treatment.The control group on the basis of drug treatment at the same time given Tongxinluo capsules,3times daily,4capsules each time,4weeks as a course of treatment.Before and after treatment in patients with angina was observed, the TCM symptom integral and the improvement of the electrocardiogram.Results:In patients after drug treatment of4weeks, relieve angina symptoms, the treatment group compared with control group, the treatment group is better than that of control group (P＜0.05), there is statistical significance;In relieving chest tightness, chest pain, palpitations, shortness of breath, weakness of god is tired and TCM symptoms, the treatment group is better than that of control group (P＜0.05), there is statistical significance;In terms of electrocardiogram to improve the situation, the treatment group is better than that of control group (P＜0.05), with statistical significance. Conclusion:Yiqi huoxue prescription can improve myocardial bridge patients with angina symptoms, relieve chest tightness, chest pain, palpitations, shortness of breath, God tired weakness and other symptoms, and could improve the patient’s ECG, is an effective drug for the treatment of qi deficiency and blood stasis type of myocardial bridge, and with safety, worthy of further study.
