| Purpose: By the clinical research on participants with the blood stasis type prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc,we tried to evaluate the clinical efficacy of acupuncture combined with massage for patients with the blood stasis type prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc.Method: In a completely randomized design method,100 patients were divided into treatment group and control group 50 cases each.Treatment group used acupuncture combined with massage for treatment.Control group were treated by simple massage.After 3 course of treatment,the treatment results were analyzed by the SPSS13.0.Result:(1)The cure rate and total curative effect of the treatment group were respectively 64 and 82,but the results of the control group were respectively 50 and 82.The test results of the two groups were significant differences(P<0.01),and the former was better than the latter.(2)It has significantly improved than them in the same group before treatment,that pain,numbness,pain symptoms and the working life effects of patients,were in both groups after treatment.And both had statistical significance(P<0.05).The treatment group was superior to control group,in,both pain,numbness,pain symptoms and effects of working life of patients,of the before and after treatment groups’ score difference.And the compared two groups had significant difference(P<0.05).(3)It has significantly improved than them in the same group before treatment,that physical examination,muscle,tendon reflexes,and the examination of CT and MRI,were in both groups after treatment.And both had statistical significance(P<0.05).Compared the two groups before and after treatment,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion: The therapy of acupuncture combined with massage and the simple massage therapy both had good curative effect for patients with the blood stasis type prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc,but the former was better than the latter. |
