| Objective: In this topic, the meridian and tendon theory is used as a guide for the treatment of herniated discs(stagnation and congestion)with the help of massages, their effectiveness and safety,as well as herniated discs(herniated discs).Meridians and tendons that guide the massage treat stagnation and congestion).METHODS: 90 patients with disc herniation(stagnation and congestion)were randomly assigned to treatment and control groups, and 45 patients in each group were assigned in a 1: 1 ratio. The treatment group was treated with massage therapy based on the meridional and tendon theory, and the control group was treated with massage therapy according to the 12 th National Standard Textbook(9th Edition)of the Faculty of General Higher Education for 5 years. Before and after the treatment,VAS scores,JOA scores and safety indicators were recorded and evaluated at various observation points(short-term course observation points: 7 treatment days,long-term course observation points: 14 treatment days). The chi-square test was used for statistical analysis within and between groups.Assess the effectiveness and safety of the party.Result:1.After 7 and 14 days of treatment, the treatment and control groups were statistically analyzed(P <0.05).Statistically significant. The VAS and JOA values of the two different observation time nodes in the treatment group and the control group were significantly lower than before treatment, and the VAS value and JOA showed a significant downward trend when the intervention time was increased. The two groups were effective. The longer the treatment time, the higher the treatment effect.2.After 7 days of treatment, the VAS and JOA scores of the treatment and control groups were statistically analyzed.P> 0.05,no statistical significance, indicating that there was no significant difference in VAS pain score and JOA improvement.Score between the two groups 7 days after treatment.A statistical analysis of the VAS and JOA values of the treated group and the control group 14 days after treatment showed a P value of less than 0.05,which was statistically significant. The improvement value of the treatment group 14 days after the treatment was better than that of the control group. Conclusion: Under the guidance of the Jingjin theory, massage is safe and effective in the treatment of herniated discs(stagnation and congestion),which significantly reduce the patient’s pain and improve the patient’s quality of life.Time savings, costs and clinical effectiveness depend on the length of the intervention. |
