The Combination Of Acupuncture With Medicine For The Treatment Of Chronic Eczema Clinical Observation And Its Influence On Serum IgE

ObjectiveBy observing the treatment group (acupuncture + siwuxiaofengyin add and subtract) and the control group(siwuxiaofengyin add and subtract)for treatment the curative effect of patients with chronic eczema and its influence on serum IgE, to evaluate the curative effect of treatment for chronic eczema of the two kinds of schemes, so as to provide new clinical basis for acupuncture treatment of chronic eczema.MethodsWill conform to the conditions of 66 cases of chronic eczema patients were randomly divided into treatment group and the control group (n= 33). Treatment group using acupuncture to cooperate with drinking siwuxiaofengyin add and subtract (consisting of shengdihuang of 10 g, danggui of 10 g, jinjie of 10 g, fangfeng of 10 g, yiyiren of 15 g, baizhu of 10 g, shanyao of 15 g, chishao of 10 g, baixianpi of 15 g, baijili of 10 g, chantui of 10 g, zhigancao of 6 g) for the treatment of chronic eczema and the control group treated only with drinking siwuxiaofengyin add and subtract for the treatment of chronic eczema. Two groups of patients with internal are provided by the first affiliated hospital of guangzhou university of TCM, a dose of daily,200 ml each time,2 times a day, for 4 weeks. The treatment group of acupuncture for 2 times a week, a total of 4 weeks. Closely observe the patient's adverse reactions during the process of treatment and make treatment in time. Respectively on two groups of patients before and after treatment with ESAI, degree of pruritus score and serum IgE levels of detection. Results1. Two groups of patients with ordinary materials such as gender, age, course of the disease by t test, P> 0.05, chi-square analysis, there was no statistically significant difference, comparable; ESAI before treatment in both groups, the degree of pruritus score and serum IgE levels by t-test,, P> 0.05, there was no statistically significant difference, comparable.2. ESAI score:treatment group recovered in 3 cases,16 cases had marked effect, 10 cases were effective, invalid (3 cases), show the efficiency of 59.4%, effective rate was 90.6%; The control group recovered in 2 cases,7 cases were markedly improved, effective 7 cases,14 cases ineffective, show the efficiency of 30%, effective rate was 53.3%. EASI scores before and after treatment in both groups by t test, P< 0.05, statistically significant, the two groups of EASI scores was decreased, the treatment group decreased more significantly. Efficient by the rank and inspection, two groups of patients (P< 0.05, statistically significant, and the efficiency of treatment group was obviously better than the control group.3. Degree of two groups before and after treatment in patients with pruritus score by t test, P< 0.05, statistically significant, the two groups of patients with pruritus was decreased, the degree of the treatment group than the control group decreased more significantly. 4. Serum IgE level:Treatment group before and after treatment serum IgE levels by t test, P< 0.05, the difference was statistically significant, and serum IgE before treatment; The control group before and after treatment serum IgE levels by t test, there was no statistically significant difference (P> 0.05; That the treatment group can reduce serum IgE level, control group no significant lower serum IgE levels.ConclusionThe curative effect of combination of acupuncture with medicine for the treatment of chronic eczema and reduce the effect of patients with serum IgE is better than pure with effect of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of chronic eczema.
