Therapeutic Effect Of He's Acupuncture And Moxibustion On The Treatment Of Chronic Eczema

1.Research Purposes:Through observing the clinical efficacy and safety,explore the regularities of He's acupuncture three-free methods,slight free,warm free and strong free,in the treatment of chronic eczema,so that a standardized and effective treatment program can be established for chronic localized hypertrophic skin disease.2.Research Objects:69 patients with chronic eczema were admitted to Dermatology of Gulou Hospital of Beijing from January 1,2016 to December 31,2016.3.Diagnostic Criteria:Diagnostic criteria of West Medicine reference to "Guiding Principles of Clinical Research on New Drug of Traditional Chinese Medicine"(Zheng Xiaoyu,May 2002).TCM syndrome diagnostic criteria:References to the Beijing traditional Chinese medicine diagnosis and treatment of common standing orders,(Xie Yanggu and Chief Editor Cao Hongxin,China press of traditional Chinese medicine,August 2007).4.Research Methods:The research used a random contrast and single-blind test.The 69 observed cases were randomly divided into treatment group and control group at 2:1 ratio(46 cases in the treatment group and 23 cases in the control group).5.Treatment Methods:The treatment group was He's acupuncture three-free group,the treatment plan was:? Fire needling was taken on ouch points,which is the local skin lesions.From the edge of the lesion gradually to the center,each needle was about 1cm away.Thicken lesions can be slightly dense point prick,and the number of needles depends on the size of the lesions;? Pricking and bloodletting cupping was taken on the points of Feishu.Geshu and Weizhong.With plum-blossom needle tapping to local skin flushing,micro-oozing for the degree,the flash fire method was used to quickly buckle the glass cup in the area.About 10 minutes later,take the cup with a sterile cotton ball to wipe blood.The intensity of the tapping and the time of stay can be determined according to the patient's pattern.For repletion pattern,tapping can be stronger;cupping time can be slightly longer.For vacuity pattern,tapping can be soft;cupping time should not be too long.? Fine needling was taken on the points of Fengchi,Fengshi,Quchi,Xuehai,Zusanli and Sanyinjiao.For manipulation,all the points were inserted by fine needles with neutral supplementation and drainage method.Fire needling was taken once a week,and 3 times a week for pricking,bloodletting cupping and fine needling.The control group was treated by Mometasone Furoate Cream.The research was conducted 4 weeks totally.6.Observe indicators:Eczema area,severity index(EASI)scores,itch scores and adverse reactions were recorded before and after treatment in both groups.and the adverse reactions were observed.At the end of the course of treatment,the efficacies were evaluated;and follow-ups were taken for all the cases at 1 month after the course end.7.Statistical processing:According to the collected clinical data,the data were statistically processed by SPSS 11.5 statistical software.Each group of data was expressed as x±s,measured with t test,the count data using X2 test,grade data using Ridit analysis.P>0.05 showed no statistically significant difference,and P<0.05 showed the opposite result.8.Results:?Efficacy evaluation:The total effective rate was 85%in the treatment group and 70%in the control group,and there was no significant difference(P>0.05).?EASI scores:There was significant difference for treatment groups in improving epidermal exfoliation,lichenification and skin lesions before and after treatment(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference in D-value by T test between two groups before and after treatment(P>0.05).?Itch scores:The treatment group was statistically significant(P<0.05)in improving the degree of itching,location,frequency and total score(P<0.05);and there was no significant difference in the control group(P>0.05).This suggested that compared with the simple treatment of topical glucocorticoid,He's three-free methods in the control of itching were more prominent.However,between the two groups before and after treatment,the D-values were not statistically significant by T test(P>0.05).?Follow-up recurrence rate:The rate was 14.71%for the treatment group,and 71.42%for the control group.By statistical analysis,the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05).Meanwhile,there were few adverse reactions in both groups.9.Conclusion:For chronic eczema,compared with the control group,the efficacies of the treatment group treated by He's acupuncture three-free methods were better in improving the epidermis erosion,moss-like change and relieving itching.
