The Study Of Clinical Observation Of Cupping Combined With Acupuncture In Improving Chronic Eczema And Itching

ObjectiveThis study was to compare the clinical efficacy of cupping combined with acupuncture and conventional acupuncture in the treatment of chronic eczema to improve the clinical efficacy of itching.The aim was to optimize the clinical treatment and provide evidence support and theoretical basis for the clinical application of acupuncture combined with cupping therapy for the treatment of chronic eczema.MethodsAdopt the method of simple randomization will be included in the standard of 60 patients with chronic eczema according to 1:1 divided into treatment group 30 cases,30 cases of control group.Treatment group using cupping(shoulder Yu acupuncture point,li 11 point,blood hole,gb 30 point,bilateral acupuncture point,CV 8 point and double side side ribs)+ filiform needle acupuncture(anchor,god door hole,li 11,foot three Yin three mile,and local),Yin ling springs,skin;Control group adopts pure acupuncture therapy(anchor,god door hole,li 11,foot three Yin three mile,and local),Yin ling springs,skin.Cupping,visual cans printing color depth,1-2 times a week.Acupuncture treatment 2 times a week.4 weeks for 1 course of treatment,treatment 2 course of treatment.Each end of the course,for the treatment of chronic eczema,itch and DLQI integral and integral comparative analysis before.Results60 cases of subjects,according to the standard to eliminate weed out,fall off in 3 patients.The treatment group is 29 cases,control group 28 cases.After one course of treatment,treatment group total effective rate was 79.31%,control group total effective rate was 75.00%,the rank and inspection,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant,suggesting short-term curative effect of treatment group is better than the control group.Treatment after two courses of treatment group total effective rate was 96.55%,control group total effective rate was 89.29%,the rank and inspection,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant,indicating a long curative effect in treatment group is better than the control group;Treatment group(DLQI score loss was 52.60±7.99(%),control group DLQI score loss was 43.34±8.57(%),by t test,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant,shows that in terms of the influence of life in treatment group than the control group improved significantly.ConclusionAcupuncture treatment of chronic eczema overall efficacy is clear,combined with cupping treatment effect is more significant.The results show that cupping combined with acupuncture treatment of chronic eczema in the relief of pruritus effect is outstanding,in improving the quality of life is also significant.This method can significantly reduce the side effects of taking drugs,worthy of clinical promotion.
