The Establishment Of Quality Control Management Platform Of Electronic Nursing Records

Objective:The situation of the study is to establish the function module's contents and computer automatic control indicators of quality control management platform of electronic nursing records,which more tally with the actual situation of the quality management about electronic nursing records.And the study could provide theoretical guides for the design of software,promote the hospital information construction,improve the quality of nursing records and holistic nursing.Methods:Formulated the function module's contents and computer automatic control indicators of this platform based on the literature referring,expert interview and focus group discussion methods,then adopted Delphi method to consult 20 experts who came from clinical nursing,nursing management,hospital management and rehabilitation nursing.Two rounds of expert advisory are conducted in all.In the survey,the experts should score the importance of indexes.We confirmed the indexes based on the advice and feedback of experts.Screening the importance of alternative indicators based on Likert five-point scoring system,index number is greater than 3.5,coefficient of variation is less than0.25 as the selection criteria,and choose the indicators combined with experts group opinions.We adopted excel2007 and SPSS17.0 statistical software to analyze data.Results:The response rate of two-round consultation were 90.90% and 100%,indicating that experts of this study have a high degree of enthusiasm and support.The experts have a better representation and authority through qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis.Variation coefficient is rang from 0.000~0.227 in the second round.There is statistical significance in this test(p<0.05)though testing.Through two-round consultation,we modify 4 third-level indicators,delete 4 third-level indicators,increase 3 third-level indicators,we ultimately determine 4 first-levelindicators,16 second-level indicators,60 third-level indicators about the function module's contents of quality control management platform of electronic nursing records.Meanwhile we modify 1 second-level indicators and 7 third-level indicators,delete 1 first-level indicators,5 second-level indicators and 17 third-level indicators,we finally determine 2 first-level indicators,9 second-level indicators and 28third-level indicators about computer automatic control indicators system.Conclusion:This study has following conclusion:1.Delphi was used to establish the function module's content and computer automatic control indicators of quality control management platform of electronic nursing records,and finally got 4 first-level indicators,16 second-level indicators,61third-level indicators about the function module's contents of quality control management platform of electronic nursing records,2 first-level indicators,9second-level indicators and 28 third-level indicators about computer automatic control indicators system.2.It is reliable to use Delphi method screening function module's contents and computer automatic control indicators of quality control management platform of electronic nursing records.3.This indicator system can provide the theoretical basis for the top-level design of quality control management software of electronic nursing records.
