Research On The Method Of Process Management In The Quality Of Nursing Records

ObjectiveProcess management is a method in controlling the quality of nursing records. This research uses the method in writing orthopedics nursing records to approach how to fulfill it. It provides evidence and instruction for nursing quality management in hospital.Material and MethodsThe research has two groups to contrast. Each one has 100 nursing records of orthopedics extremities bone fracture patients. Collecting 100 nursing records be control group .In experimental group we use process management method to control and improve the quality of nursing records. The method concludes: formulating the writing content and evaluation criterions, training orthopedics nurses to know the process management methods, writing and checking the orthopedics nursing records following the fluidogram. We use SPSS software to data analysis.ResultsAfter using the method of process management, the scores of orthopedics nursing records are improved obviously. The grade of nursing records changes a lot. 6 questions in writing corrected. The percentage of contented patients rises steadily.ConclusionEstablishing model and fulfilling the methods of process management can improves the quality of nursing records.Proposition1.
