In response to the popularity of electronic medical records caused by the declining quality of medical records, medical records manual inspection workload surge, more difficult problems such as hospital quality control management, intended to design a suitable for clinical quality management electronic medical records software architecture design at this stage, for the further development of the system and provide a theoretical construction of reference information and recommendations.Includes four main areas of study:The first aspect is the preface, which first introduced this topic is made based on, followed by detailed medical history, definition, use of electronic medical records, as well as what are clinical electronic medical record quality management systems, design of its purpose and meaning. Foreword to the third part focuses on the research status of the system at home and abroad. Study abroad earlier electronic medical records, was founded in the last century, 80 years, but advancing slowly, solid foundation, particularly in the United States as the main representative, Japan and various European countries followed suit, have made some achievements, and development aimed at enhancing the quality of the electronic medical record system was started to rise in recent years, is a more advanced research topics. Electronic medical records in China began in 2000 years or so, after more than 10 years of development, after three generations, has been close to the level of overseas development, but due to the rapid development, in some ways, it is inevitable that lacks, especially the quality of medical records management. In recent years, major hospitals and HIS firms are developing electronic medical record quality management in software, but are at the initial stage, the whole process of real-time monitor is the next step, the entire process, the main directions of research of the software. Fourth preamble part describes software architecture design method for further reliability provides a method for designing the software architecture to support it.The second aspect is the design of the system architecture of quality management of clinical electronic medical records, first of all from the system design background, explained the reasons for the research and design of the system and the external environment. Secondly, introduces the clinical quality of medical record management system design characteristics and requirements, and the design of the control structure of the medical quality of electronic medical record network. Third using the method of software architecture design, through the investigation on the user’s specific needs, have the function of the software, to lay the foundation for the next step in the design of software architecture. Fourth based on the needs analysis, and the role of different users and different functions of domain modeling, determine the key demand, so as to build the conceptual structure design, and then from the angle of design functional requirements of clinical electronic medical record quality management system logic structure diagram. Modules of study consists of the following areas: ①service modules, mainly contains notice and message platform functionality. ②the learning resources module, mainly consists of a number of rules and regulations, treatment protocols, classic records and flawed study. ③statistical query module, consists of some defect statistics, defect reports, record defects, and so on. ④TODO module, which contains the latest bulletin-, unread messages, operation records and so on. ⑤users change passwords module, main password changes for users on their own history. ⑥system settings module, including medical records quality control testing standard defect database maintenance, features such as parameter settings.The third aspect is the clinical study on evaluation of medical record quality management system architecture design, structure design evaluation system for the system, clear evaluation, evaluation, evaluation methodologies and evaluation procedures.
