Research On Provincial Traditional Chinese Medicine Statistics System

In recent years,our country put more attention on Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM),good policy brings TCM's spring.In this context,statistical data collection,collation,analysis and consultation of TCM resources input,allocation,utilization,quality and efficiency of services,residents' health level will become more important,while TCM comprehensive statistics as these efforts bearer,its importance is self-evident.But TCM comprehensive statistical development in management,work and services has been lagging behind,the lack of a complete sound system,leading to many problems and obstacles in the work process,therefore,it is necessary to build Chinese medicine comprehensive statistical system,research the system content in-depth to guide and promote the transition to standardization,informatization,procedural and formal.Among them,provincial TCM comprehensive statistics system is an important part,the implementation of the provincial TCM comprehensive statistics system will lay the foundation to achieve national TCM comprehensive statistical system and reduce drag.Objective:To construct provincial TCM comprehensive statistics system,determine the system construction guidelines and principles,clear the contents of each part,provide reference for its full swing in TCM comprehensive statistics;On this basis,implement one of the technology platform content-provincial management system,along with the direct network report system that has preliminary completed,together to form TCM comprehensive statistics provincial management platform that provides rich and comprehensive data to support to the TCM management department of scientific decision-making.Methods:(1)understand and master the domestic and international health statistics current situation and TCM comprehensive statistical development in our country;(2)determine the guidelines and basic principles to build provincial TCM comprehensive statistical system;(3)plan and design provincial TCM comprehensive statistical contents;(4)use mature key technologies such as computer technology,database technique,network communicationand so on,regard software engineering as guidance,design and implementprovincial management system ofTCMcomprehensive statistics.Results:(1)provincial TCM comprehensive statistical system composed by the organization and management system,technology systemand technology teams;(2)designed and implemented provincial management system of TCM comprehensive statistics.Conclusion:construction of provincial TCM comprehensive statistics system provides a certain reference and guidance to TCM comprehensive statistics work on the nationwide implementation,it is significant to improve the statistical organization management capacity,efficiency,service level and promote the implementation of TCM comprehensive statistics work.
