The Establishment And Evaluation Of Non-paper Testing System For Health Statistics

Objective The Internet testing auto-rectifying and analysis system of Health Statistics was established. Methods The difficult and important degrees have been classified by the hierarchical cluster analysis of the scores given by the 11 experts to the 49 comprehensive knowledge points. The item bank was built using SQL sever2000 software. The testing, answering system was developed out by the ASP.net. Two test papers were abstracted from the system by the combination of the certain proportion and binominal distribution mathematical models stragety. The two test papers were tested by 52 students through the cross design. The difficulty and discrimination of items and the reliability and validity of the test papers were worked out with Education Statistics, factor analysis, relative analysis etc. Results The classification of the knowledge points was reasonable. The itme bank was built with 12 fields such as item type,important degrees etc which had 1320 items. The non-paper testing system which includes 7 function models and 6 databases could run well.The results of the cross design analysis showed that the difference between two papers is nonsignificant (F=1.576, P=0.215); the difference of the two stages and among the students is significant (F_s=12.619, P_s=0.001; F_stu=4.061, P_stu=0.000) .The average difficult degree of the two test papers are respectively0.62, 0.61.The average discrimination of them are respectively0.45, 0.39.Four factors could be abstracted from both of the papers. Cronbach a of them equals respectively 1.000, 0.714. Conclusions The system could form the test pater with the strategy of the combination of the certain proportion of the important degree and the binominal distribution models which realized the Internet testing, rectifying and analysis.The test papers abstracted from the system were reliable and valid. It can scientificly, objectively evaluate the students' ability and it's beneficial to deviation of the teaching, testing and controlling testing cheat. The Non-paper testing system has good practical value.
