Research On The Therapy Of Heart Failure In Terms Of Excessive Pathogen

Objective:This thesis mainly discussed the relationship between excessive pathogen,including phlegm-heat?phlegm-damp?indigestion,with the occurrence?development and prognosis of heart failure and provided theoretical basis for the clinical TCM treatment of heart failure.Ultimately,we hope it can prolong survival time for patients with heart failure and improve their quality of life.Methods:This thesis mainly summarizes my teacher professor Yang Xiangkun,s clinical understanding of heart failure from the points of excessive pathogen,which includes phlegm-heat,phlegm-damp,indigestion,who has engaged in 30 years.And it analyses the principles for the treatment of heart failure by using daikankyoto and zhishidaozhi pills.First,this paper narrates why we study heart failure disease.Then,this paper mainly introduces our research content.Research content includes visceral lesions of heart failure,the understanding of excessive pathogen,the clinical features of the triple energizer choked by excessive pathogen,the pathogenesis of the triple energizer choked by excessive pathogen and the treatment of the triple energizer choked by excessive pathogen.The part of visceral lesions of heart failure mainly illustrates its physiological and pathological features.The part of the understanding of excessive pathogen mainly illustrates zang-fu organs,mechanism,characteristics and clinical manifestations ofexcessive pathogen,including phlegm-heat,phlegm-damp and indigestion.The part of the treatment of the triple energizer choked by excessive pathogen mainly illustrates the diagnosis and treatment based on an overall analysis of the illness and the patient's condition,the compositional analysis of daikankyoto and zhishidaozhi pills and The modern pharmacological knowledge of Chinese traditional medicine.At last,we have a case description,which mainly verifies my teacher professor Yang Xiangkun,s theories through the introduction to the typical cases.Results:Through the study,we found the visceral lesions of patients with heart failuremainly is the triple energizer.The clinical manifestations of the triple energizer choked by excessive pathogen,including phlegm-heat,phlegm-damp and indigestion include cough and gasp,the shortness of breath,difficult of laying down,bosom frowsty,abdominal distension,vomiting,dry stool,shortage of urine,edema,dark red tongue,yellow vein moss andslippery pulse.The pathogenesis of heart failure of the triple energizer choked by excessive pathogen is that under the action of various kinds of pathogenic factors,Heart is damaged for a long time to cause that lung can't pass the waterways,spleen cannot transport water liquid and the kidney can't main water to form excessive pathogen choking the triple energizer,including phlegm-heat,phlegm-damp,indigestion.Conclusion:Through clinical observation,we think the triple energizer choked by excessive pathogen,including phlegm-heat,phlegm-damp and indigestion,is an important card type.The treatment of heart failure by using daikankyoto and zhishidaozhi pills has better clinical curative effect.
