Traditional Chinese Medicine Treatment Of AIDS With Cold Clinical Research

Objective: the aim of this study was to observe the traditional Chinese medicine dialectical prescription on symptoms in patients with AIDS complicated with cold and its effect on the common cold in frequency, to evaluate its clinical efficacy, and explore the foundation and prospect theory development of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of AIDS complicated with cold.Research methods:In the test group of 60 cases of AIDS clinical observation cases from Hubei Province, Suizhou City, Daye City, Xishui County, Badong Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine. There were 40 males, 20 females, which were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, each 30 cases in the treatment group, mean age 33 + 5.25(22- 56); the control group mean age 38.42 + 7.26(18- 58 years old), the route of infection: 31 cases of sexual contact with infected, 18 cases of blood transfusion infection, 6 cases of intravenous drug users infected, 5 cases of unknown reason. 60 cases of AIDS patients with influenza were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group, the ratio of 1:1, the subjects into groups corresponding drugs respectively take, treatment group to the scheme of traditional Chinese medicine decoction; the control group were given western drugs. The test period is 12months, every time I catch a cold 7 days for a course, observed the first course of treatment in clinical symptom, blood routine index, self into the test, every three months to record cold incidence number and weight change, through the comparison of the results of the treatment group and the control group, the treatment program of Chinese medicine dialectical side effect evaluation of AIDS with TCM symptoms cold, cold attack frequency integral.Research results: through clinical trials of 12 months of observation, the treatment group of clinical symptom score improvement as compared with the control group no significant difference(P > 0.05), intra group comparisons after 7 days of therapy the treatment group and the control group symptom score were significantly decreased(P < 0.01) after treatment of weight change; the treatment group were 76.7%, 73.3% in the control group, no significant difference(P > 0.05); comparison comparison of monthly frequency of cold change before and after the therapy, treatment group with significant difference(P < 0.01), the control group after treatment no significant difference(P > 0.05), after treatment group of cold frequency improvement than the control group.Conclusion: using the treatment scheme of ginseng antiphlogistic powder modefied Yiqi Gu Wei, Qufeng solution table, Yinqiao San Qi righting, Xinliang of the table, the treatment of qi deficiency and Qi deficiency and cold syndrome of wind heat respectively, for AIDS patients with colds, improve the clinical symptoms and signs in 7 days, quite and the control group in reducing the effect of Thai Connaught, colds frequency is superior to western medicine group. Theresults show that, using the scheme in Qi solution form of Chinese medicine dialectical prescription on curative effect of patients with AIDS complicated with cold exactly, has clinical application value, worthy of further study.
