| Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Xuanbei Wendan Decoction in the treatment of acute pharyngitis in children(lung-stomach hyperthermia syndrome),and to evaluate the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of this disease,so as to provide a new way of diagnosis and treatment for the treatment of acute pharyngitis in children.Methods:Eighty children diagnosed as acute pharyngitis in the pediatric outpatient department of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine were divided into experimental group(40 cases)and control group(40 cases).During the experiment,two cases of the experimental group dropped out and one case of the control group dropped out.Xuanbei Wendan Decoction was used in the experimental group and Pudilan Xiaoyan Oral Liquid was used in the control group.Both groups were treated with 5 days as a course of treatment,only one course of treatment was observed,and the clinical efficacy of the two groups was observed.One month after the end of treatment,the children were followed up for three months to observe the recurrence rate of the two groups.Results:1.Comparing the total score of main symptoms and secondary symptoms:The decrease of the total score of main and secondary symptoms in the experimental group was greater than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant.(P<0.05).2.Comparison of the curative effect of single symptom integral and total score of TCM syndrome:(1)Comparison of curative effect of single symptom integral: The experimental group was significantly better than the control group in pharyngalgia,swollen throat and dry stool(P<0.01);The experimental group was better than the control group in cough,sputum,thirst and yellow urine(P<0.05).(2)Comparing the total scores of TCMsyndromes:The experimental group was better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.Clinical efficacy of TCM syndromes: The total effective rate of the experimental group was 89.47%,while that of the control group was 79.49%.The total effective rate of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group,with statistical difference between the two groups(P<0.05).4.Recurrence rate: The recurrence rate of the experimental group was32.35%,and that of the control group was 58.06%.The recurrence rate of the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group,with statistical difference between the two groups(P<0.05).5.Safety evaluation: All the drugs used in this experiment conform to the safety certification of traditional Chinese medicine,and no adverse reactions occurred during the experiment.Conclusion:1.Xuanbei Wendan Decoction can significantly improve the symptoms and signs of acute pharyngitis in children(lung-stomach hyperthermia syndrome),the curative effect on pharyngalgia and swollen pharynx is obviously better than that of the control group.It is an effective drug for the treatment of this disease.2.Xuanbei Wendan Decoction has a significant clinical effect on acute pharyngitis in children(lung-stomach hyperthermia syndrome),which is better than the control group.3.Xuanbei Wendan Decoction can effectively reduce the recurrence rate of acute pharyngitis,there is no obvious adverse reaction in clinical application. |
