On Both Sides Of The Spine Thenar Dial Kneading Therapy Arthralgia (Ankylosing Spondylitis) To Observe The Clinical Effect Of Renal Deficiency And Cold Syndrome

Objective Observation on both sides of the spine of the thenar poking and kneading method in treatment of arthralgia(ankylosing spondylitis) renal deficiency and cold syndrome clinical efficacy, and preliminary study on both sides of the spine of the thenar poking and kneading method in treatment of arthralgia(ankylosing spondylitis) renal deficiency and cold syndrome of the mechanism and clinical treatment of arthralgia(ankylosing spondylitis(as)) renal deficiency and cold syndrome provides a new method.Method Bone rheumatism(ankylosing spondylitis) deficiency syndrome of kidney deficiency and cold syndrome in 60 cases were from the Hubei Provincial Traditional Chinese Medical Hospital massage department / rehabilitation medicine / pain department, in accordance with the diagnostic criteria of this study, the inclusion criteria. Using a random number table to 60 cases of patients were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, 30 cases in each group, the experimental group used on both sides of the spine of the thenar poking and kneading therapy and treatment for 7 days as a course of treatment, a total of five courses, each course rest 2 days; in the control group treated with oral celecoxib capsule 0.15g/qd, sulfasalazine pyridine 0.25g/bid combination therapy, the treatment of 7 days for a course of treatment, a total of five courses. Before and after the treatment, all patients in disease activity were the working group on international evaluation of ankylosing spondylitis ASAS20 standard, Bath ankylosing spondylitis disease activity index(BASDAI), Bath Ankylosing Spondylitis Functional Index(BASFI), Bath ankylosing spondylitis measurement index(BASMI), pain and spinal pain score, PGA score, TCM syndrome score were compared in the case of ASDAS disease activity; in the emotional score, by comparing the two groups of patients before and after treatment with SDS(self rating Anxiety Scale score(SAS), self rating Depression Scale score) curative effect evaluation of effect of two groups of different treatment on psychology of patients with AS; laboratory blood biochemical index, observed changes of ESR, CRP, ALP of the two groups before and after treatment. All of the above data using SPSS22.0 statistical software for statistical analysis.Result In the aspect of disease activity: treatment of a course of treatment and follow-up of ASAS20 one month after the compliance rate was 73%, the efficacy of TCM syndrome total effective rate was 70%, significantly reduce BASDAI, BASFI, BASMI, pain and spinal pain score, PGA score, TCM syndrome score, and compared with the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.01); in the emotional score: after treatment the patients with SDS and SAS scores decreased significantly, compared with the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.01); blood biochemical laboratory: the experimental group after treatment, ESR, CRP, ALP decreased significantly, compared with with the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).ConclusionThrough the above comparison shows that on both sides of the spine thenar poking and kneading method in treatment of arthralgia(ankylosis spondylitis) renal deficiency and cold syndrome curative effect is obviously superior to the control group. Use on both sides of the spine of the thenar poking and kneading method in treatment of arthralgia(rigidity sex rachitis) renal deficiency and cold syndrome can significantly improve the patient's clinical symptoms and low recurrence rate, no side effect, safety, green, it is worth clinical promotion.
