Clinical Observation On Treating Ankylosing Spondylitis With Kidney Deficiency And Cold Syndrome By Warming Kidney And Unblocking Du Channel

Purpose:In this study,warming kidney and unblocking DU channel was used to treat ankylosing spondylitis with kidney deficiency and cold syndrome,By observe that changes of symptom integral table of western medicine before and aft treatment,the changes of symptom integral table of traditional Chinese medicine and the laboratory examination before and after treatment,In ord to confirm that effectiveness and safety of warming kidney and unblocking DU channel in relieving symptom and improving relevant laboratory indexes,and provide reliable methods and way for treating as.Method:All cases were selected from the department of rheumatology,the first affiliated hospital of Heilongjiang university of traditional Chinese medicine from August 2016 to August 2017,And in accordance with the inclusion of research standards of kidney deficiency and cold type ankylosing spondylitis patients.The patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,The treatment group was given warming kidney and unblocking DU channel + sulfasalazine enteric-coated tablets;The control group was given wangbi tablets+sulfasalazine enteric-coated tablets.Two groups of experimental cycles were 12 weeks,and clinical observation.By software analysis before and after the treatment of two groups of patients with western medicine syndrome integral,TCM syndrome integral and laboratory indicators ESR,CRP and other changes.The clinical efficacy of the two experimental protocols was evaluated.Result:1.Comparison of main symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine:from the improvement of patients with spinal movement restriction,back pain,lumbosacral pain,treatment group than the control group,with statistical significance2.Comparison of biochemical indicators:from the results of ESR,CRP and other levels decreased,the treatment group was better than the control group,with statistical significance.3.The total effective rate of the treatment group was 90.00%;The total effective rate of the control group was 86.67%.The effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group.4.The efficiency of the two groups of ASAS20 was compared:the total effective rate in the treatment group was 86.67%,and the total effective rate in the control group was 76.67%.The treatment group was superior to the control group and had statistical significance.Conclusion:1.Warming kidney and unblocking DU channel combined with sulfasalazine in the treatment of kidney deficiency and cold syndrome ankylosing spondylitis is superior to wangbi tablet combined with sulfasalazine in improving the symptoms and signs of patients.2.Warming kidney and unblocking DU channel combined with sulfasalazine in the treatment of kidney deficiency and cold syndrome ankylosing spondylitis,in the overall clinical efficacy of judgment,the effect is significantly better than that of wangbi tablets combined with sulfasalazine.3.Warming kidney and unblocking DU channel combined with sulfasalazine in the treatment of ankylosing spondylitis due to kidney deficiency and cold syndrome is effective in improving the level of reactants(ESR\CRP)in acute phase.
