The Clinical Study On Treatment Of Ankylosing Spondylitis With Kidney Deficiency And Cold Syndrome By Sanhan Wendu Decoction

Objective:To explore whether the treatment of San Han Wen Du Decoction is a safe and effective treatment method for treating ankylosing spondylitis with and kidney deficiency due to cold sndrome.Methods:Randomized control was used to screen 62 cases of ankylosing spondylitis who were admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Henan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from April 2017 to December 2017.They were randomly divided into treatment group(31 cases)and control group(31 cases).The treatment group was treated with San Han Wen Du Decoction;the control group was treated with Fu Fang Xuan Ju capsules.The total time for this clinical observation was 12 weeks.Before and after treatment,to compare the overall VAS,pain VAS score,Bath ankylosing spondylitis functional index(BASFI),Bath ankylosing spondylitis disease activity index(B ASDAI),spine activity,ESR,C-reactive protein and traditional Chinese medicine Changes in indicators such as symptom scores,and evaluation of treatment effects.When assessing the effect of treatment,the evaluation was based on the TCM symptom efficacy standard and the ASAS20 evaluation standard.Results:The treatment group and the control group improved the patient's condition and life quality(reduced BASDAI,BASFI,pain VAS,and overall VAS score),improved TCM symptoms and spinal activity,reduced erythrocyte sedimentation and C-reactive protein and other inflammatory markers,which are better than the beginning treatment and the difference was significant(P<0.05).the treatment group was significantly better than the control group,and there was a significant difference between the treatment group and the control group(P<0.05).Comparison of therapeutic effects:the international ASAS20 standard showed:27 patients in the treatment group met the standard,and 19 patients in the control group met the standard,indicating that the treatment plan in the treatment group was superior to the control group;TCM symptom integral showed:the total effective rate was 93.55%in the treatment group,and the total effective rate in the control group was 80.65%,suggesting that the clinical efficacy of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.Conclusion:The effect of San Han Wen Du Decoction on treating AS deficiency syndrome due to kidney deficiency is certain,which can improve the patient's quality of life,spinal activity,and reduce the inflammation index.Moreover,its therapeutic effect is better than that of Compound Xuan Zang Capsule.
