The Ethical Questions Research Of Human Genetic Intervention Technology

As the core of biotechnology,gene technology has been more and more concerned by the whole society.Gene technology is indeed a great achievement of human life to explore,which accompany the quality of life to enhance the doubts,while the risks and many ethical issues are not given enough attention.The main purpose of the article is from the perspective of life and ethics,analysis the human gene therapy technology that has brought human ethical issues,and tries to from the dual value dimensions of technology and ethics to regulate the technology research,test and application.In this paper,the concept of human gene intervention technology is analyzed,and its powerful ethical function is explained,and the solution to the problem is put forward.Human gene therapy technology has wide connotation,in addition to the technical level based human gene therapy,restoration and enhancement technology,effecting human genes’ normally expressed by other means are also in which.This paper mainly studies the technical means in the technical division,ethical functions and other aspects of the problem.Human gene technology,due to the special nature of the technology itself,it has the function of "enhanced the power of the human survival","the expansion of human rights" and "reflect the value of human nature view",but it also causes widespread ethical controversy about "human nature of life","gene technology risk","social justice","human eugenics feasibility",which is mainly due to,human gene intervention techniques ignore the dignity of human life,and itself has the characteristic of technology risk uncertainty,and on the philosophical level of rationality and value conflict.Thus,in order to deal with the ethical issues,the author thinks that we should comply with "good","independent","do no harm","justice" and risk utility "basic principles,achieve" with technology and make measurement "to defend the dignity of life "," perfect technology risk supervision and assessment mechanism,"through the legislation of gene assurance fair justice" and "gifted individual and social equilibrium".The main body of the article is divided into four parts: the first part is the introduction,which introduces the background and significance of the article,the research status at home and abroad,as well as the writing methods and innovation of the article.The second part of the thesis discusses the theoretical basis and theoretical premise.The third part of the article mainly analyzes the ethical problems caused by human gene intervention technology and its causes.The fourth part is to measures to address the specific issues from in the general principle foundation of bioethics,and puts forward the research and application of the technology of human gene intervention should follow specific principles.
