Qingyuantang In The Treatment Of Subacute Cough (Feiqiyubi,Pangguangshiyue Zheng) Clinical Observation

Purpose:To study the traditional Chinese medicine medicinal Qingyuantang and western medicine Compound Methoxyphenamine Hydrochloride Capsules in the treatment of subacute cough(FeiqiyubiPangguangshiyueZheng)clinical guidelines for the curative effect observation.Provide new clinical guidelines for the treatment subacute cough.Method:Select 60 patients in the clinic patients in subacute cough(Fejqiyubi PangguangshiyueZheng)patlents with diagnostic criteria.It can be divided into two groups,treatment group 30 cases,To give the Chinese medicine medicinal qiangyuantang;Control group 30 cases,give oxygen Compound Methoxyphenamine Hydrochloride orally,A course of 14 days.To observe and compare the two groups before and after treatment in patients with symptoms integral change,after the treatment,statistics,medical statistical analysis,judge the curative effect.Application of statistical software spss 13.0 statistical data.Result:1.In the aspect of TCM syndrome curative effect:the treatment group clinical recovery in 16 cases,10 cases had marked effect,4 cases were improved,0 no effect,the markedly effective rate was 86.67%,total effective rate was 100%;Control group clinical recovery o cases,22 cases were markedly improved,5 cases were improved,3 had no effect,the markedly effective rate was 76.67%,total effective rate was 90%.By the chi-square X2 test P = 0.00<0.05,there are differences between the two groups of patients with TCM syndrome curative effect(the effect of treatment group is better than the control group).2.In terms of primary symptom curative effect:The clinical trials is primary symptom with cough,enuresis,two groups of patients after treatment,the symptoms of primary symptom score by t test P values are less than 0.05,the main symptoms,compares group,Chinese medicine group and the control group can obviously improve the symptoms of cough,enuresis quality score(P<0.05);And Chinese medicine group and control group in the two main Chinese medicine symptom integral compared between groups,the results of traditional Chinese medicine group to improve the symptoms of cough,enuresis curative effect is better than that in control group(P<0.05).3.In the aspect of time is effective:Two groups of secondary symptoms by comparison in the group of traditional Chinese medicine,Chinese medicine group and control group can obviously improve cough up phlegm,pharyngeal itching,and exogenous increase integral(P<0.05),the Chinese medicine group and control group in the secondary Chinese medicine symptom integral compared between groups,the results of traditional Chinese medicine group in improving cough up phlegm,pharyngeal itching curative effect is better than that in control group(P<0.05),while in the aspect of improving encounter exogenous accentuation has no obvious difference(P>0.05).Conclusion:Since the proposed Fang Qingyuantang in the treatment of subacute cough(lung qi canopy closure,bladder no-show)and compound armor compared the Ming capsule,oxygen in total efficacy determination,symptom improvement has the obvious advantage,worthy of clinical application and spread.
