Yiqi Guben Jiedu Method In The Treatment Of Sepsis(Blood Stasis Toxin Resistance,Qi Deficiency Syndrome) Clinical Observation

Purpose: Through the observation of Yiqi Guben Jiedu therapy for sepsis(blood stasis toxin resistance,Qi deficiency syndrome)patients with inflammatory reaction and vital signs,comparative analysis of Yiqi Guben Jiedu therapy for sepsis(blood stasis toxin resistance,Qi deficiency syndrome)clinical efficacy,and explore its mechanism,provide a safe and effective method for clinical treatment of sepsis.Method: Select from ICU of Affiliated Hospital of Changchun University of Traditional Chinese Medicine of sepsis(blood stasis toxin resistance,Qi deficiency syndrome)in 72 cases of patients,According to the digital table method,36 of them were divided into treatment group,and the remaining 36 were divided into the control group.Both control group and treatment group were given conventional western medicine treatment.The treatment group treatment with Yiqi Guben Jiedu Decoction(Composition: dangshen 20 g,huangqi 20 g,baizhu 15 g,maidong 15 g,danshen 15 g,sanqi 10 g,chaunxiong 15 g,jinyinhua 25 g,zhizi 15 g,jiudahuang 3g).150 ml each time,2 times daily oral or nasogastric feeding.Two groups were treated for 7 days for 1 courses.APACHE II score,TCM symptom score,NEUT,PCT,hs-CRP,LAC were observed and treated.A statistical analysis of the recorded data using SPSS 19 software.Result: Comparison of two groups of patients before treatment,such as gender,age,TCM syndrome score,APACHE II score,inflammatory markers,there was no statistical significance(P>0.05),the two groups had comparability.The two groups of patients after treatment were compared before treatment,the data are decreased,the statistical significance(P<0.05);After treatment between the two groups,except LAC and hs-CRP,other data were statistically significant(P<0.05),Better curative effect in the treatment group.Conclusion: Yiqi Guben Jiedu method in the treatment of sepsis(blood stasis toxin resistance,Qi deficiency syndrome)has significant clinical efficacy,worthy of further study and clinical application.At the same time,the application of Chinese medicine for the treatment of sepsis has a certain clinical reference value.To provide some help for the improvement of the guidelines of sepsis.
