Clinical Observation Of Chinese Medicine Iontophoresis In The Treatment Of Amblyopia Based On “Tonifying After Dredging Stasis” Theory In Children With Deficiency Of Liver And Kidney

Purpose: To observe the clinical effect of chinese medicine iontophoresis in the treatment of amblyopia based on “Tonifying after Dredging Stasis” theory in children with deficiency of liver and kidney.Methods: Collect patients from January 2015 to January 2016 in the Affiliated Hospital of Changchun University of Traditional Chinese Medicine Ophthalmology clinic 48 cases of amblyopia(TCM is deficiency of liver and kidney),age 4-9 years old children.on the basis of fundamental treatment will be randomly divided into two groups,treatment group and control group,The treatment group was treated by chinese medicine iontophoresis based on the theory of “Tonifying after Dredg-ing Stasis”,while the control group was given traditional iontophoresis by enriching liver and kidney to treat amblyopia.six months,before and after treatment were observed in children.and compare the clinic effect.Result:Treatment group 24cases(35 eyes)after treatment,the basic cure 20 eyes,improved in 14 eyes,and ineffective in 1 eyes,the total effective rate was 97.14%;Control group 24cases(34 eyes)after treatment,the basic cure 9eyes,improved in 16 eyes,and ineffective in 9 eyes,the total effective rate was 73.52%;Two groups have statistical difference p?0.05 The treatment group was better than the control group.Conclusion:1.The cure rate of amblyopia is associated to age.Based on “Tonifying after Dredging Stasis” theory,chinese medicine iontophoresis receive better results in the treatment of 4-6 years old children with amblyopia rather than that of 7-9 years old children.in children with the age is small,the treatment effect is better.2.The cure rate of amblyopia is closely related to the degree of amblyopia,As the The deeper the degree of amblyopia,Treatment effect is poorer.Based on “Tonifying after Dredging Stasis” theory,chinese medicine iontophoresis receive better results in the treatment of mild and moderate amblyopia of rather than that of severe.3.The treatment group was superior to the control group in different degree.The curative effect of anisometropic amblyopia and ametropic amblyopia is more effective.4.Based on “Tonifying after Dredging Stasis” theory,chinese medicine iontophoresis in the treatment of amblyopia in children with deficiency of liver and kidney was better than control group ? No significantly side effects appear during the treatment,It is easily accepted by children.Also,It can be a supplement to the modern medicine in the treatment of the disease,worthing widely application.
