The Clinical Study Of Jia Wei Liu Wei Di Huang And Er Zhi Pills Decoction Treatment On The Type Of Liver And Kidney Yin Deficiency Syndrome Of Chronic Renal Failure

Objective:To investigate the clinical curative effect through the application of Jia Wei Liu Wei Di Huang decoction and Er Zhi pills in the treatment of chronic renal failure with liver and kidney yin deficiency type.Methods:1.The study observed 60 cases of chronic renal failure(included compensatory period, decompensation) with liver and kidney yin deficiency type in clinical.All 60 cases of patients with chronic renal failure were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,in which group included 30 cases and belongs to the type of liver and kidney yin deficiency syndrome. The two groups in the maintenance of water and electrolyte balance, based on correction of anemia,anti infection and symptomatic treatment,the treatment group was given Jia Wei Liu Wei Di Huang decoction and Er Zhi pills oral treatment of TCM,the control group wasn’t. The two groups both were treated for 8 weeks.There were no statistical difference in age, gender, course of disease,etc.2.To observe the change of laboratory indicators such as the renal function(Scr,Ccr,BUN),blood routine(WBC,RBC,Hb,PLT),and then to compare the treatment results and make a judgment of difference of the curative effect.3.To observe the changes of main symptoms before and after treatment of two groups,and quantify the symptom integral,then analyze the effect.Results:1.Comparison of the total clinical efficacy:compared the treatment group to the control group in the total efficiency,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),the total effective rate of the treatment group is obviously better than the control group.2.The change in renal function and blood routine:after treatment,two groups had significant difference in the improvement of renal function(P<0.05),the treatment group was better than the control group.The change of blood routine in hemoglobin, red blood cell, the treatment group is significantly(P<0.05 or P<0.01),the treatment group was better than the control group.3.Comparison of the total effect of TCM:after the treatment,the difference of the total effect of TCM was statistically significant(P<0.05)and the treatment group was better than the control group.4.Comparison of the efficacy of TCM symptoms:both of the two groups can significantly improve the TCM symptoms after treatment,the effect of the treatment group was more significantly than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05 or P<0.01)),so the treatment group was better than the control group on the change of the TCM symptoms.5.Comparison of TCM syndromes:after the treatment of two cases of TCM syndrome,the total score were decreased than before, also the treatment group was obviously better than the control group.After the treatment the two groups both had significant difference(P<0.05).It showed that the symptoms of treatment group were obviously improved than the control group.Conclusion:1.Jia Wei Liu Wei Di Huang decoction and Er Zhi pills can significantly improve patients, symptoms of the liver and kidney yin deficiency type of CRF.2.Jia Wei Liu Wei Di Huang decoction and Er Zhi pills can improve patients,kidney function of liver and kidney yin deficiency type of CRF,and slow down the disease progression.3.Jia Wei Liu Wei Di Huang decoction and Er Zhi pills can change the degree of anemia of patients of liver and kidney yin deficiency type of CRF, and increase the red blood cells and hemoglobin level..4.During the treatment,there was no side effects and adverse reactions.It showed that Jia Wei Liu Wei Di Huang decoction and Er Zhi pills was safe and effective in treating CRF patient of the liver and kidney yin deficiency type.
