Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Liver And Kidney Deficiency Keen Osteoarthritis By "Jin Kui Sheng Qi Wan" And Intrarticular Sodium Hyaluronate Injection

Objective:In order to observe the clinical effect of the treatment on Liver and kidney deficiency keen osteoarthritis by "Jin Kui Sheng Qi wan"and intra-articular sodium hyaluronate injection.Methods:58patients with Liver and kidney deficiency keen osteoarthritis were divided into two groups randomly(curing group) which has30patients of "Jin Kui Sheng Qi Wan" and intra-articular sodium hyaluronate injection and the group (controlling group) which has28patients of intra-articular sodium hyaluronate injection. Clinical effect was compared before and after treatment and the security is observed.The observatory contents cover Pain degrees, Standard TCM of the People’ S Republic of China, the HSS knee-Rating Scale, and the improvement of serum NO, and so on, reflect objectively therapcutic mechanism.Results:According to the Standard of keen osteoarthritis in 《Standard TCM of the People’S Republic of China》.and use the Pearson Chi-Square to analysis the date by SPSS16.0software, we also found there are Significant difference between the curing group and the Controlling group.On the function of knee (the HSS Knee-Rating Scale),the difference of the groups was evident respectively after five weeks treatment(p <0.05). Furthermore, after five weeks treatment, the two groups’the level of NO was lower, all of which were in marked conditions.Conclusion:It is proved that "Jin Kui Sheng Qi wan"and intra-articular sodium hyaluronate injection is an effective main therapeutic method in treating clinical symptom and physical sign of Liver and kidney deficiency keen osteoarthritis.
