The Clinical Study On Curing Blood Stasis Type Of Menstruation By The Method Of Removing Blood Stasis And Hemostasis

Objective:Application of the method of removing blood stasis and hemostasis in the treatment of blood stasis type of menstruation,through the observation of the 64 patients with clinical cases,combining the literature research, and to investigate its possible mechanism and clinical treatment provides an effective reference for clinical treatment of blood stasis, menstrual extension provides a practical and reliable method.Methods:Collected during the period from January 2013 to February 2016 in Shandong Province Hospital of traditional Chinese medicine gynecology clinic patients diagnosis for prolonged menstruation, dialectical menstrual blood stasis type of extension of the patients with a total of 64 cases randomly were divided into treatment group 32 cases and control group(32 cases), patients in treatment group premenstrual 7 days to the first period, 3 days give Huayu Decoction, since the 4th day of menstrual given hemostasis Decoction to blood check, three menstrual cycles for a course of treatment, the control group was treated with Maixuekang capsule and Fuliang capsule. Observation before and after treatment in patients with menstrual changes, basal body temperature, endometrial thickness, the integration of traditional Chinese medicine symptoms and the improvement of individual symptoms, and after 3 months of withdrawal related to the survey.Results:64 cases of patients in the treatment group, the observation group has 32.3% of recovery, 43.8% of marked effective rate and 18.8% effective rate,while the control group has15.6%,15.6% and 43.75%. The treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group, treatment group and control group of TCM syndrome curative effect more total effective rate was 90.6% and 65.6% respectively, the difference between the two groups significantly and have significance(P < 0.01). In the treatment group and control group, TCM symptom scores were significantly lower than before treatment, the difference was significant(P < 0.01), and there was significant difference between the groups(P < 0.05).Conclusion: By the method of removing blood stasis and hemostasis in the treatment of blood stasis type of menstruation to extend the exact effect, can effectively improve and eliminate clinical symptoms, there is no obvious adverse reactions.
