In the growing medical and health industry,the competition between hospitals is becoming increasingly fierce.As the gap between major hospitals’ hardware facilities is decreasing,the hospital’s culture has become the key to winning hospital development.Therefore,hospital culture has received more attention from hospital managers,and more and more people realize that hospital culture is a strong driving force for the sustainable development of the hospital,an important means to enhance the comprehensive strength of the hospital,and to unite the people and promote the harmonious development of the hospital Spiritual pillar.However,the construction of hospital culture is a long-term and complicated project.In the construction of culture,most hospitals often only keep culture on the slogan,and have not formed a unified and perfect cultural construction system or a good cultural atmosphere and really rooted in people’s hearts.The hospital has the characteristics of serving the public,so in the construction of the hospital culture,adhere to the concept of people-oriented,how to build a culture of patient satisfaction and employee satisfaction as the starting point,comprehensively build a warm hospital,train qualified doctors,provide relevant care,The medical treatment is the ultimate goal of hospital culture construction.The research object of this article is Hospital A.It is a hospital with a history of more than 70 years and has undergone military transformation.It is also an affiliated hospital of a medical school.As an employee who has worked in hospital a for 7 years,I believe that the cultural construction characteristics of hospital a are not obvious,the recognition of employees is not high,and the cultural spirit has not yet been implemented.In order to promote the construction of hospital culture and achieve the purpose of promoting the development of hospital,this paper studies the construction of hospital a culture.This article’s first sorts out the theories related to corporate culture and hospital culture,learns the diagnostic methods and measurement tools of hospital culture,and prepares theories for the study of A hospital’s cultural construction.Subsequently,the author used the cultural assessment matrix method to divide the diagnostic indicators of Hospital A.Through internal interviews,online surveys,and data collection,the hospital’s hardware environment,staff structure,service awareness,employee care,brand publicity,social welfare,Twelve explicit cultural indicators of organizational structure,rules and regulations,compensation and benefits,talent selection,strategic positioning,and spirit of hospital training were investigated.Aiming at the weak links in Hospital A,from the perspective of improving employee and patient satisfaction,we set up employee and patient satisfaction survey questionnaires to conduct quantitative research on the core culture.Subsequently,in order to ensure the objectivity and integrity of the survey,the author also conducted a network survey.Finally,the author analyzes the problems that appear in the survey results,pays attention to the characteristics of A hospital as a military transfer hospital,and puts forward suggestions for improving the hospital’s cultural construction.
