Objective In College "Advanced midwifery" teaching,vocational competency-based vocational ?advanced midwifery? design and application training teaching mode,teaching and training through the implementation of this model,based on comparing vocational ability development training teaching mode and teaching effect of traditional teaching mode,teaching mode of vocational training based on the ability to develop the introduction of midwifery training teaching an important role in vocational training teaching evaluation based on capacity development mode midwifery college nursing students independent learning ability and critical thinking ability sentiment effectiveness,explore midwifery and nursing students based vocational capacity development training teaching model acceptance,and then verify that midwifery training teaching its effectiveness as a possible teaching strategies to promote midwifery nursing students meaningful learning,based on professional competence development training for teaching midwifery training teaching model real foundation.Methods 1.Study: In this study,experimental study,study for a higher medicine colleges sophomore nursing students,using convenience sampling method to extract 2014 115 midwifery students as research subjects,according to the class will be divided into a control group and observation group and control group 2014 midwifery class 1 class 59,2014 midwifery observation group 2 class 56.The experimental teaching time from September 2015 to January 2016.2.contents: Training course content as "advanced midwifery." Observation group based teaching model vocational training capacity development in the control group using the traditional teaching model.3.Research Tools:(1)midwifery nursing students general questionnaire;(2)nursing students' independent learning ability assessment tools;(3)critical thinking ability sentiment Scale;(4)vocational competency-based training teaching application effect evaluation form 4.Evaluation: After the intervention teaching nursing students' senior midwifery "theory and skills test results test results.5.Statistical Methods:SPSS20.0 statistical software for data processing.Using descriptive statistics,t test and two independent samples rank sum test was used for statistical analysis.Results 1.The two groups of nursing students basic information on the baseline data show that two groups of students in age,grade point average last semester,students location so there was no significant difference(p> 0.05).2.Before and after teaching intervention,the two groups of nursing students self-learning ability score situation analysis before teaching intervention,no two groups of nursing students self-learning ability of the primary structure of the score and score significant difference,P> 0.05.After the teaching intervention,two groups of nursing students self-learning ability of the primary structure of motiv-ation,self-management skills,ability to learn to work out their score differences were statistically significant,P <0.05.Born in group care before and after the intervention of their own teaching comparative scores,self-learning ability of the primary structure of motivation,self-management skills,ability to learn to work out their score difference was significant,P <0.05.In the control group compared to itself before and after teaching,self-learning ability of the primary structure of the score and the score difference was not statistically significant,P> 0.05.3.Observe the group of students critical thinking ability to find the truth sentiment,analytical skills,curiosity and score higher than students' scores on the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).4.After the teaching intervention,the two groups of nursing students compare the theoretical total score(P <0.05),the difference was statistically significant;two groups of nursing students skills to operate the total score(P> 0.05),the difference was not statistically significant.5.After the nursing students in general have a positive attitude towards teaching intervention based Training Teaching Mode vocational ability development,evaluation of teaching effectiveness observation group show: 74.6% of nursing students hope to continue teaching model based on professional competence development,this shows that the application of the general nursing students based vocational training teaching model developed on the positive.Conclusion 1.The Design Institute of applied nursing students practice teaching feasible teaching mode based on vocational training capacity development.2.Improve college nursing students self-learning ability based Training Teaching Model of Professional Capacity Development 3.Improve the nursing student's critical thinking ability based on emotional tendencies Vocational Training Teaching Mode capacity development.4.Based on vocational ability development training teaching model to improve the level of theoretical knowledge of college nursing students.
