| Objective:1.This clinical test is aim to observe the efficacy of Duiliuhuang tang and study its influence on B symptoms of patients who have Non HodgkinLymphoma of qi and yin deficiency and their blood Lactic Dehydrogenase,then to discuss its possible mechanism on the relief of symptoms and extending the survival period of patients as well as improving their cure rate.Method:1.57 patients in Xiangyang Medicine Hospital of Hubei Province are chosen on this study.These patients all meet the standard of Non Hodgkin Lymphoma of B symptoms and are diagnosed as the Hodgkin Lymphoma with qi and yin deficiency.They are divided into two groups randomly,the reference group(treated by chemotherapy)and the treatment group(treated by Duiliuhuang tang),with 29 patients in treatment group and 28 patients in reference group.The source,age,sex,KPS,and the course of disease of the two groups have no difference in statistical significance(P>0.05).2.Treatment: both of the two groups are given hepatoprotective drugs,antiemeticuality drugs,nourishment and other supporting therapy.All the patients can not use the durgs which will influence the outcome.When it is necessary patients can use antibiotics antipyretic drugs and drugs which can improve leukoctye and platelet.The blood pressure,blood glucose and blood lipid are controlled.Meanwhile,treatment in the reference group is the CHOP chemotherapy(cyclophosphamide 750 mg/m2,iv,d1;adriamycin 50 mg/m2,iv,d1;vincristine l.4mg/m2,iv,d1;predisone 100 mg/m2 po,d1~d5,3 weeks as course).In addition,the treatment group is given Dangguiliuhaungtang which comprised by Huangqi,Danggui,Huanglian,Huangqin,Huangbai,Shengdihuang,Shudihang.The course is six weeks.3.The outcome measures:(1)Biochemical detection: before and after the treatment,the Lactic Dehydrogenase(LDH)? glutamic-pyruvic transaminase(ALT)?glutamic-oxalacetic transaminase(AST)?serum creatinine(SCr)?blood urea nitrogen(BUN)?platelet count(PLT)?white blood cell count(WBC)and hemoglobin(Hb)are measured.(2)The changes of TCM clinical symptom integration before and after the treatment.(3)Two weeks' follow-up,observing the adverse reactions and the side effect.4.Statistical analysis: all the data is analyzed by medical statistics software SPSS 21.0 and the experiment data is represented with different types,the comparison inside the group is tested by t-method,the comparison between the groups is tested by independent sample t-method,the count data is tested by x2-method.If P<0.05 then it can be seen as having statistically difference.If P<0.01 then it has significant statistically difference.If P>0.05 then it has no statistically significance.Result:(1)Comparison of TCM clinical integration before and after the treatment: the TCM clinical integration of both groups is decreasing with significant difference(P<0.01).The treatment group is better than the reference group in TCM clinical integration as P<0.05.(2)Comparison of efficiency before and after the treatment: the total efficiency of the treatment group is 93.1%,and the reference group is 53.5%.The treatment group is better than the reference group in TCM clinical efficiency as P<0.05.(3)Comparison of LDH before and after the treatment: the LDH of treatment group before and after the treatment have statistical significance(P<0.05);but for the reference group there are no significant difference(P>0.05).The treatment group is better than the reference group in reducing LDH as P<0.05.(4)Comparison of hyperpyrexia ?night sweat?marasmus before and after the treatment: the hyperpyrexia ?night sweat?marasmus of the treatment group and the reference group are improving(P<0.05),but the treatment groups is better than the reference group as P<0.05.(5)Comparison of Hb?WBC ?PLT before and after the treatment: the PLT and WBC of reference group and treatment group before and after the treatment have no statistically difference(P>0.05);but for the Hb there are statistical significance(P<0.05).The treatment group is better than the reference group in incerasing Hb as P<0.05.(6)No adverse reactions occurred during the treatment of the two groups.Conclusion:The Duiliuhuangtang can reduce the TCM clinical integration of Non Hodgkin Lymphoma of qi and yin deficiency.Also Duiliuhuangtang can improve the biochemical indexes such as LDH,and increase Hb.In addision,the hyperpyrexia ?night sweat?marasmus symptoms can be improved than before the treatment.These results prove that Duiliuhuangtang can lighten the symptoms of Non Hodgkin Lymphoma patients,correct the anemia,protect the function,delay the therapy failure as well as improve the quality of life of the patients. |
