| Objective:By observing the changes of erythrocyte and hemoglobin counts,LDH counts in peripheral blood,TCM symptoms and KPS scores in elderly patients with non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma syndrome of spleen and kidney deficiency treated with Bushen Yisui recipe combined with CHOP regimen,the effects of Bushen Yisui Recipe on clinical efficacy and quality of life were discussed.Method:1.The cases of this project were selected from the Department of Hematology,Hebei Hospital of traditional Chinese Medicine from January2015 to October 2018,66 elderly patients with spleen and kidney deficiency type who met the conditions of this study were included in the study.According to the principle of random grouping,66 patients were divided into two groups according to the ratio of 1:1 in the treatment group and the control group.The control group was given regular chemotherapy with CHOP regimen,while the treatment group was given oral Chinese medicine with Bushen Yisui Recipe on the basis of chemotherapy with CHOP regimen.After calculation with SPSS 20.0 software,there was no significant difference in age,sex,pathological type and clinical stage between the two groups(P > 0.05),which was comparable.2.Treatment plan: The two groups were treated for 3 weeks for a course of treatment,a total of 3 courses of treatment.The quality of life was assessed by Karl’s score before treatment in both groups.The control group was given regular chemotherapy with CHOP regimen,while the treatment group was given oral Chinese medicine of Bushen Yisui Prescription on the basis of CHOP regimen.During the treatment period,both groups were given essentialantiemetic,hepatoprotective and hydration drugs for basic treatment.There were 1 case in the treatment group and 1 case in the control group.3.Observation indicators:(1)Blood routine test indicators: Hemoglobin(Hb)and red blood cell(RBC)counts were observed at admission and after 3 courses of treatment in the two groups.(2)Biochemical indices: The LDH counts in peripheral blood of the two groups were observed at admission and after 3 courses of treatment.(3)After treatment,the scores of TCM symptoms,KPS and the related indicators of the efficiency of Western medicine in the two groups were compared.(4)Adverse reactions were observed and recorded at any time during treatment.4.Statistical analysis: According to the clinical data of 64 patients,the data were calculated by data processing software SPSS20.0.According to different types of data,using different statistical methods,according to the P value obtained,P<0.05 represents statistical significance;P>0.05 indicates no statistical significance.Result:1.Comparisons of hemoglobin(Hb)and red blood cell(RBC)counts:After treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The treatment group was superior to the control group in increasing hemoglobin and red blood cell count.2.Comparison of LDH counts in peripheral blood: After treatment,the two groups of data were statistically significant according to statistical data analysis(P<0.01).The treatment group was better than the control group in reducing LDH.3.Comparison of symptom scores in traditional Chinese Medicine: After treatment,the treatment group had less fatigue,less food,post-food abdominal dilation,heat sweat,pain,palpitation,dizziness score was lower than the control group(P<0.05),and the total scores of TCM clinical symptoms werelower(P<0.05).The results showed that the treatment group had obvious advantages over the control group in terms of single TCM symptom score or total score of TCM symptoms.4.KPS score: After treatment,the functional status score of KPS in the treatment group was significantly improved(P<0.05).The treatment group was superior to the control group.5.Comparison of clinical efficacy: The total effective rate was 87.50% in the treatment group and 78.13% in the control group.The treatment group are always more effective than control group(P<0.05).6.After treatment,no malignant adverse reactions occurred in the treatment group and the control group,and only a few patients had nausea,fever and other symptoms.The safety performance of Bushen Yimi recipe is relatively high.Conclusion:For the elderly patients with spleen and kidney deficiency syndrome,Bushen Yizhi recipe combined chemotherapy can effectively improve chemotherapy-related anemia and reduce LDH count,improve the clinical efficacy,improve the quality of life of patients,the clinical effect is satisfactory. |
