Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Frozen Shoulder By Massage Combined With Psychological Therapy

Objective:By comparing the result of the difference therapies(group A by massage therapy;group B by massage combined with psychotherapy)of healing frozen shoulder,to explore the better therapy in clinical practice.Method:Name the patients from 1 to 60 according to the order of seeing a doctor,then use the SPSS 22.0 to produce 60 random numbers(pseudo random number multiplication by 60),then make a rank of 60 random numbers.At last,assign the 60 patients,who met the inclusion criteria and was collected from Hall of TCM of HuBei University of TCM between July 2015 and January 2016,into two groups with the ratio of 1:1.If the rank number is an uneven number,then go to group A;if the rank number is an even number,then go to group B.The group A use massage(control group),The group B use massage combined with psychotherapy(intervention group).Both the two groups get a treatment of 8 weeks.Compare the efficacy after the treatment,scores changed in shoulder pain,shoulder joint function,anxiety symptom,depression symptom.Sorting the collected data by types.Using SPSS 22.0 statistical software to complete statistical analysis.Statistical methods:grouped data(basic information,such as ratio of gender,age,course of disease)using chi-square test;Numerical data(such as the scores of pain and joint functional of shoulder)using the t test.Result:1.Basic information:the age,gender,course of disease ratio of group A and group B,doesn' t have significant difference(P>0.05).The scores of pain and joint functional of shoulder,the scores of anxiety and depression before the treatment of group A and B,doesn' t have significant difference(P>0.05).Group A and group B have comparability in other aspects.2.The scores of pain and joint functional of shoulder,the scores of anxiety and depression of both groups,before the treatment and after the treatment,have significant difference(P<0.05).The scores of pain and joint functional of shoulder,the scores of anxiety and depression after the treatment between group A and B,have significant difference(P<0.05).3.The effective rate of group A and group B doesn' t have significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion:1.Both therapies have good clinical effect,they could relieve the patients' pain and improve the patients' range of motion of shoulder,as well as the mental symptom.2.Massage combine with psychotherapy has superior over the other therapy in improve the patients' pain,range of motion,and the mental symptom.
