Immunity is to protect the body from damage, has the function of maintaining the balance of its own mechanism. An immune modulator is a drug that can enhance or suppress the immune function, and can be effective in the treatment of immune related diseases. In recent years, due to the ecological imbalance caused by more and more immune diseases, western medicine has no obvious effect on the effect of side effects, Chinese herbal medicine is one of the potential sources of new drugs. Of Atractylodes macrocephala Koidz components of pharmaceutical research, is conducive to our comprehensive knowledge and understanding of Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae pharmaceutical value, more conducive to the white atractylodes rhizome in the clinical application.To investigate the effect of traditional Chinese medicine immunomodulator Baizhu and extract on normal immune function in mice, the subject selected Atractylodes particles,Atractylodes polysaccharide, atractylenolide I and atractylenolide III as a potential pharmaceutically active substance, it stimulates the immune cells proliferation and secretion of cytokines such as more systematic study, and the proliferation of human peripheral blood lymphocytes,to provide a scientific basis for Atractylodes and its extract in immune regulation application. First, using the MTT assay and its components research Baizhu particles in vitro proliferation of mouse spleen lymphocytes in the results showed that: Atractylodes particles,Atractylodes polysaccharide, atractylenolide I and III in atractylenolide 0.2-125?g / mL concentration They are able to significantly promote the range of mouse spleen lymphocyte proliferation(P <0.01), the presence of a concentration-dependent manner. Second, the methodstudy on lymphocyte secretion of interleukin-2(IL-2), interleukin-4(IL-4), interleukin-10(IL enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA)-10), interleukin-12(IL-12), transforming growth factor(TGF-?1). The results showed that: Atractylodes particles, Atractylodes polysaccharide,atractylenolide I and atractylenolide III in 0.2-125?g / mL concentration range of cytokines IL-2,IL-4, IL-10, IL-12, TGF-?1 secretion has significantly promoted(P <0.05), and gradually increased as the concentration increased, the secretion of IL-4, IL-12, the level of secretion of IL-2and TGF-?1 levels of IL-10, the with the concentration increased gradually decreased when the concentration of 5-125?g / m L, compared with the positive control group was significantly inhibited secrete IL-4,IL-12,IL-10. Third, using the MTT assay was used to detect the Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae granule and its extract on human peripheral blood lymphocyte proliferation effect. The results showed that: Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae granule,Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae polysaccharide, atractylenolide I and atractylenolide III in0.2- 125 ? g / mL concentration range can effectively promote human peripheral blood lymph cell proliferation(P < 0.01), the concentration dependence.So far, the Atractylodes related research focused largely on the chemical constituents and pharmacological research simply crude extract. The white paper particles and monomer surgery study found that having immune function in vitro immunomodulatory effects, so Atractylodes particles, Atractylodes polysaccharide, atractylenolide atractylenolide I and III is expected to be less toxic, efficacious, affordable new immunomodulator.
