Objective: Analysing the relationship between the common type of traditional Chinese syndrome and sex,age,gender,course,season,hyperlipidemia,hypertension,diabetes,smoking.In order to make traditional Chinese have a more comprehensive understanding to UAP,and guide it's application in clinical with objectification and scientification.Methods: By collecting 150 patients with unstable angina pectoris of our hospital from September 2015 to December 2015,no age limit,and recording their names,gender,onset seasons,precipitating factor and clinical symptoms.Using SPSS17.0 to analyse and make a conclusion.Results: 1.By on 150 cases of unstable angina pectoris in patients with syndrome type,there are 47 cases of Stagnation of the Heart-blood,41 cases of Phlegm Obstruct,35 cases of Deficiency of Both Vital Energy and Yin,12 cases of Stagnation of Qi,9cases of Kidney Yin Deficiency,4 cases of Kidney Yang Deficiency,2 cases of Coagulation Cold Heart Pulse.2.There are 47 cases of Stagnation of the Heart-blood,41 cases of Phlegm Obstruct,35 cases of Deficiency of Both Vital Energy and Yin,and these are the UAP common TCM syndrome type,and the three symptoms hold 82% in all TCM syndrome type.3.There have no relevance through analyzing the relationship between Stagnation of the Heart-blood,Phlegm Obstruct,Deficiency of Both Vital Energy and Yin andgender,P<0.05,but there are high incidence of males than females that perhaps associated with men often drinking,smoking and other bad habits.4.They have relevance through analyzing the relationship between Stagnation of the Heart-blood,Phlegm Obstruct,Deficiency of Both Vital Energy and Yin and age,the difference have significance of Statistics(P<0.05).There are 18 cases from 41-50 years old,32 cases from 51-60 years old,34 cases from 61-70 years old,39 cases from 71-80 years old.From this data we think that with the increase of age,a gradual increase in the incidence of unstable angina pectoris.5.Through analyzing the relationship between Stagnation of the Heart-blood,Phlegm Obstruct,Deficiency of Both Vital Energy and Yin and precipitating factor,we get the three syndrome are concerned with precipitating factor(P<0.05),then the fatigue and emotional excited hold 63.8% in Stagnation of the Heart-blood.We think that the syndrome due to induced fatigue and emotion excited.And we also believe that Phlegm Obstruct attribute to satiation,because it holds 41.5% in Phlegm Obstruct.6.There have no relevance between Stagnation of the Heart-blood,Phlegm Obstruct,Deficiency of Both Vital Energy and Yin and onset seasons analyzing the relationships between them.(P>0.05).7.We think that there have relevance between Stagnation of the Heart-blood,Phlegm Obstruct,Deficiency of Both Vital Energy and Yin and hyperlipidemia by analyzing the relationships between them.(P<0.05).8.Through analyzing the relationships between Stagnation of the Heart-blood,Phlegm Obstruct,Deficiency of Both Vital Energy and Yin and hypertension,diabetes,smoking,then we think that there have no relevance between them.(P>0.05).Conclusion: 1.The UAP common TCM syndrome types are Stagnation of the Heart-blood,Phlegm Obstruct,Deficiency of Both Vital Energy and Yin,and the three symptoms hold 82% in all TCM syndrome types.2.Statistical results indicate that Hyperlipidemia,age,precipitating factor have some relation with common Chinese medicine syndrome(P<0.05).3.Statistical results indicate that sex,onset seasons,hypertension,diabetes,smokinghave no interrelation with common Chinese medicine sydrome(P>0.05).
