ObjectiveThis paper is aimed at investigating and comprehending the status of compassion fatigue,burnout turnover intention of the nurses,in order to provide the evidence for the enhancement of the health level of the nurse and for the reduction of the turn over rate of nurses.MethodsThis research adopts the way of simple random sampling in accordance with the strict inclusion and exclusion criteria,in May 2013-June 2014,as the research object of this study,The 400 nursing staff were selected from the 3 first-class ternary hospitals in jinzhou city,Liaoning province.Using general scale,medical compassion fatigue scale,Maslach Burnout Inventory,Inventory turnover intention of the study questionnaires,to analysis the nursing personnel compassion fatigue,burnout of nurses affect turnover intention.Results 1.Nurses turnover intention score in nursing age,age care,education,work department,title,personnel relations,difference between personal income and the pay satisfaction The difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05),The turnover intention of the nursing staff in 20 to 29-year-old group get higher scores than other age groups,The <3 years of age care get higher scores than the score ? 3 years,turnover intention of highly educated nursing staff have less scores than turnover intention of lowly educated nursing staff,in the emergency room and ICU room,nursing staff have higher score of turnover intention than other sections of turnover intention scores of nursing staff,turnover intention nurses had higher turnover intention of scores than nurses and nurse level and above score,The scores turnover intention of high personal income nursing is below the low personal income's and The turnover intention satisfied pay of nurses were lower than the turnover intention dissatisfied pay of nurses.2.Nursing staff between and among nursing staff turnover It will have a positive correlation between both of the three wishes,included: compassion fatigue,job burnout,turnover intention.Compassion fatigue were positively correlated with job burnout(r = 0.227,P = 0.000)and turnover intention(r = 0.139,P = 0.009),the positive correlation between job burnout and turnover intention(r = 0.387,P = 0.000).3.The turnover intention of nursing staff of multi-factor analysis showed: nursing age(X1),age care(X2),education level(X3),work department(X4),title(X5),human relations(X6),personal income(X7),compassion fatigue(X8),job burnout(X9)joined the regression equation,as the dependent variable,scores of turnover intention of nursing staff was used to establish the regression equation: r=98.946-6.645X1-6.234X2-5.768X3+4.452X4-7.546X5+ 3.567X6-4.586X7+1.742X8+1.143X9 and hypothesis testing of regression equation was operated,the difference was statistically significant(F = 47.458,P < 0.01).R2 = 0.208,the adjusted R2 = 0.211,21.1% of the variance of turnover intention of nursing staff were explaned by the above nine variables.ConclusionJob burnout and compassion fatigue were the influence factors for turnover intention of nurses,nurse managers should take effective measures to alleviate compassion fatigue of nurses and to avoid serious Job burnout,in order to reduce nursing staff's turnover behavior.
