Rouganhuaxian Particle Influence Of Cirrhosis Of Live Function And Blood Coagulation Function In Liver Cirrhosis

Objective:Through the observation of rouganhuaxian particle the influence of cirrhosis of liver function Child-Pugh A,B,and blood coagulation function in liver cirrhosis,we evaluat the effect that rouganhuaxian affect treat liver cirrhosis,expression in peripheral blood CD90,CD 105,in order to provide a scientific basis for its clinical application.Methods:To select 90 hepatitis B liver cirrhosis of liver function Child-Pugh A,B patients in The First Amillated Hospital of Guangxi University of Chinese medicine Between Janueary 2014 and December 2015,randomly figure divided into 3 groups,conventional western medicine treatment group of 30 cases,recombinant human granulocyte colony stimulating factor com-bined with routine western medicine treatment group of 30 cases,and treat-ment group of 30 cases of the treatment group with the combination of the rouganhuaxian particles.We have observed the changes of three groups patients before treatment and after treatment,on serum total bilirubin(TBIL),alanine aminotransferase(ALT),aspartate amino shift enzyme(AST),al-bumin(ALB),prothrombin time(PT),ultrasound abdomen,expression in peripheral blood CD90,CD 105,and changes in clinical symptoms.Result:In the totol bilirubin:three groups of patients before treatment and after treatment comparison,within the three groups of(P<0.05),there was statistically difference,but compare with the three groups(P<0.05),no statis-tical difference,In the transferase,coagulation function,the improve-ment of portal vein blood dynamics aspect,before treatment and after treatment,among the three groups and within the groups(P<0.05),there was statistical-ly difference.In the albumin:three groups of before treatment and after treatment comparison(P<0.05),no statistical difference,conventional treat-ment group was not detected in peripheral serum CD90,CD 105,rougan-huaxian particles group and G-CSF group peripheral serum were detected CD90,CD105,and rouganhuaxian particles group are higher than the G-CSF group(P<0.05)there was significant.Clinical symptoms,Child-Pugh scores improved aspect,rouganhuaxian particles have a distinct advantage over other groups.Conclusion:Rouganhuaxian particle can,play the role of anti fibrosis,and can effectively,safely to improve clinical symptoms,Child-Pugh score,liver function and coagulation though compared with G-CSF in the treatment of liver cirrhosis,problem because it can mobilize stem cells in vivo.
