Objective: Study of patients with liver cirrhosis complications for autologous bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells(BMSC) transplantation in the treatment of decompensated cirrhosis of the effect.Methods: The choice of 5 years who were admitted to our hospital from liver cirrhosis and associated with other diseases with autologous BMSC transplantation in the treatment of patients with a total of 148 cases, including 104 cases of male, female 44 cases, age 17 years old ~75 years old, the average age of(51.11 + 11.58), in which 34 cases complicated with liver cirrhosis complicated with hepatic encephalopathy in patients with emotional, 34 cases of renal syndrome patients in 40 patients, patients with diabetes mellitus, 40 patients with digestive tract hemorrhage. Collection of blood routine test, blood biochemical indexes related to time, including before treatment, serum alanine for stem cell therapy after 4 weeks, 8 weeks after the treatment of the transferase(ALT), serum aspartate aminotransferase(AST), total bilirubin(TBIL), direct bilirubin(DBIL), plasma albumin(ALB), white blood cell(WBC), hemoglobin(HB), platelet(PLT) value, and part of the patients blood sugar, blood ammonia and renal level.Results: Of liver in patients with hepatic encephalopathy after treatment with autologous BMSC transplantation, in addition to the ALT, blood ammonia value, AST, DBIL turning up in the fourth week after transplantation, TBIL value rise in 4 weeks, 8 weeks, conflict with expected, other indicators five obvious change; Combined hepatorenal syndrome patient TBIL, TP, propagated, urea nitrogen, HB, Crea evident improvement, ALT, AST, DBIL after treatment curative effect is not ideal, several index not rise; Combined hepatic diabetes patient department of hepatic function and blood three indicators have been outcomes, including ALT, TBIL, DBIL, TB, propagated evident improvement, liver meritorious service is to restore blood glucose with falling at the same time; Merger gastrointestinal bleeding in patients with ALT, TP, propagated, recovery in the WBC value, compared with before treatment ALT, TP, propagated more apparent, DBIL, HB values appear repeatedly, TBIL, PLT value contrary to expectations, the vast majority of patients after treatment does not appear fatigue, abdominal distension, hematemesis and occult blood(+), curative effect is well.Conclusion: Research shows that the hepatic cirrhosis complicated BMSC transplantation in the treatment of diabetic patients after liver function, blood protein, three lines and glucose indexes recovered better, less impact on the BMSC transplantation; hepatic encephalopathy, hepatorenal syndrome and combined with hemorrhage of digestive tract in liver cirrhosis patients, protein and / or blood of three lines only a few indexes recovered better, with statistical significance before and after the numerical difference, most indicators have been recovered, but the improvement was not obvious; individual indicators showed inconsistent results with the expected, appear different degree repeatedly. Thus liver cirrhosis complicated with hepatic encephalopathy, hepatorenal syndrome and digestive patients compared to patients with hepatic diabetes tract hemorrhage, with a certain degree of influence on the transplantation of BMSC, combined with other therapeutic methods should be considered, or other alternative therapies, the final plan still need to collect more further observation of cirrhosis of the liver transplantation in the treatment of patients with BMSC data and clinical analysis.
