The Clinical Research Of Decompensated Hepatitis B Liver Cirrhosis Treated With The Rougan Huaxian Particles

Objective: To observe the clinical effect and safety of Rougan Huaxian particles treatment of decompensated Hepatitis B liver cirrhosis.Methods: With the method of random grouping,the choice of cases in line with Western medicine hepatitis B cirrhosis of the blood stasis liver deficiency syndrome from the liver disease branch in the dongge district first affiliated hospital of Guangxi university of traditional Chinese medicine,a total of 90 cases were divided into two groups,45 cases in the treatment group,and 45 cases in the control group.The control group is based on the internal comprehensive treatment of and then Fuzheng Huayu capsule pellet was given,while the treatment group was given with Rougan Huaxian particles particles and were treated with 12 weeks of a course of treatment and 2courses of treatment.Two groups were observed before the treatment and after treatment of 12 weeks and 24 weeks of symptoms and signs and in the liver function(ALT,AST,TBIL,ALB,CHE)AFP,PT,liver fibrosis index(HA,L N,PC?and?C)and the liver B ultrasound(portal vein internal diameter,portal vein blood flow velocity,ascites depth)spleen size data and statistical data,analysis its efficacy differences.Results:(1)In terms of mian symptoms and signs:After treatment,the clinical symptoms and signs of the treatment group improved significantly,and there was a significant difference between the treatment group and the group after treatment(P<0.05),indicating that the treatment group can significantly improve the clinical symptoms and signs of patients with hepatitis B cirrhosis,and is better than Control group;(2)Tatol effect: 40 cases of treatment group efficiency,the total effective rate of 90.91%,the control group of 35 cases,the total effective rate was 77.78%,there was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05),indicating that Rougan Huaxian particles granule treatment of the disease is better than Fuzheng Huayu Capsule;(3)Liver fouctions: After treatment,ALT,ASTand TBIL in both groups were significantly lower than those before treatment.The ALB and CHE were significantly higher,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).After treatment,the treatment group was superior to the control group,and the difference was significant(P<0.05);(4)Comparison of liver fibrosis indexes:HA,LN,PCIII and IV-C of two group patients were significantly decreased compared with those before treatment and have a significance difference(P<0.05),and there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups(P> 0.05);(5)Child-pugh score: After treatment,the Child-pugh score of the treatment group decreased significantly,and there was a significant difference between the treatment group and the pre-treatment group(P<0.05);(6)In terms of liver color ultrasonography: After treatment,the internal diameter of portal vein and portal vein blood flow in both groups improved significantly compared with that before treatment(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference between the two groups after treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the depth of ascites in the treated group was significantly different from that before and after treatment(P<0.05);(7)Safety: There were no obvious adverse reactions and toxic and side effects in the two groups,and the safety was high.Conclusions:(1)Rougan Huaxian particles can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients with hepatitis B liver cirrhosis and improve the quality of life;(2)Rougan Huaxian particles can improve liver function,coagulation function and liver microcirculation,and reduce the Child-pugh score.It has synergistic effect with western medicine;(3)Rougan Huaxian particles for treatment of hepatitis B cirrhosis is safe and has no toxic or side effects.
