| Objective:This research focuses on the clinical curative effect of the treat ment of liver cirrhosis from“pathogenic factor where there will be a shortage”noted in Huangdi Neijing.To evaluate the effect of hepatitis B virus-related c irrhosis in different stages treated by Rouganhuaxian pellet objectively,which aim at analysing its possible mechanism through TCM Classic Theories,and providing a new point for TCM clinical treatment of cirrhosis.Methods:Selecting 120 patients with cirrhosis that meet inclusion criteria,and dividing the patiens into two categories according to compensatory period or decompensation period,60 cases per categories,and set up the control grou p and the treatment group by the randomized grouping method,60 cases per c lass,means the control group(compensatory period)A,the control group(dec ompensated period)B,the treatment group(compensatory period)a,the treat ment group(decompensated period)b,there are two groups of four.The contr ol group was treated with general internal medicine,and the treatment group was treated with which add Rouganhuaxian pellet.To observe the changes of liver function(ALT,AST,TBIL,ALB)and coagulation function(PT)in the t wo groups after treatment for 4 weeks,12 weeks,24 weeks and 48 weeks,and the changes in the ADC value of the liver MRI-DWI before and after treatme nt.Results:(1)Changes in clinical symptoms:The total effective rate was 85.18%for the treatment of the compensatory group(a),mean while the total effec tive rate was 61.53%for the control of the compensatory group(A),and the d ifference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate was 90.00%in 30 patients treated with decompensation group(b),mean while the tot al effective rate was 60.00%in 30 patients treated with decompensation group(B),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Liver function:(1)Compared with the control group A and B,ALT and AST indicators decrea sed significantly in the treatment group a and b,and the difference was statisti cally significant(P<0.05).(2)The ALT and AST indicators decreased more ob vious in group a compared with group b,and the difference was statistically si gnificant(P<0.05).(3)The levels of ALT,AST,TBIL and ALB in the treatmen t group a and b were significantly improved compared with those in the contr ol group A and group B,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05 or P<0.01).(4)After treatment,the coagulation function of the treatment grou p was significantly improved compared with the control group(P<0.05).(2)D elay the progression of liver fibrosis:ADC of each group was increased after t reatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<o.05).In the treat ment of 48w,ADC of the treatment compensatory group(a)rose to 1.39±0.02(×10~-3mm2/s),and ADC of the control group(A)group increased to 1.36±0.01(×10~-3mm2/s),and the difference was statistically significant(P<o.05).The ADC of b was increased to1.36±0.02(×10~-3mm2/s),and the A DC of the control group(B)was increased to 1.34±0.01(×10~-3mm2/s),an d the difference was statistically significant(P<o.05).(3)Safety:the patients who participated in the study did not have serious adverse reactions after the s tudy and the conclusion of the study,indicating that Rouganhuaxian pellet we re safe and reliable.Conclusions:Rouganhuaxian pellet can improve the liver function of patie nts with liver cirrhosis in different stages,delay the progress of liver fibrosis,and promote the effect of anti-liver fibrosis.Clinical treatment of liver cirrhos is in accordance with the"pathogenic factor where there will be a shortage"i s a flexible use of"fuzheng"and"dispel pathogenic factor"two basic laws. |
