The Value Of MSCT In The Diagnosis Of Adult Incarcerated Hernia

Objective: Study prone adults incarcerated inguinal hernia,femoral hernia and obturator hernia emergency abdominal multislice spiral CT(multislicle computed tomography,MSCT)scan imaging performance,even to explore whether by MSCT for inguinal hernia oblique groove,femoral hernia and obturator hernia make accurate preoperative diagnosis and differential diagnosis.Methods: A retrospective analysis of the hospital department where the author from 2013 to April 2014,the emergency department during February 30 cases of incarcerated hernia patients,after emergency surgery clear preoperative MSCT imaging of specific types of incarcerated hernia the relationship between incarcerated hernia key observation position,shape,course,and the surrounding structures and contents between the secondary and signs Results: MSCT diagnosis of inguinal hernia before surgery in 18 cases,9 cases of femoral hernia,obturator hernia in 3 cases.18 inguinal hernia,12 patients had expanded deep inguinal ring,18 cases have shown that the expansion of the inguinal canal.In Delabrousse E's "cross" Cross reference method,18 cases of inguinal hernia sac are located in the upper outer quadrant,including the patient's sac 3 were located in the upper quadrant,nine cases of femoral hernia sac are located outside the inferior quadrant 9 cases of femoral hernia femoral vein in two cases show that oppression sac deformation was analyzed by Delabrousse E's "cross" intersection method to the differential diagnosis of incarcerated inguinal hernia and femoral hernia statistically significant(x~2=21.6,P<0.01).Surgically confirmed three cases of obturator hernia diagnostic imaging are also fully in line with pre-operative diagnosis of MSCT.Conclusion: MSCT can display inguinal hernia oblique groove,femoral hernia and obturator hernia location,shape,course,contents,and the complications surrounding the relationship between the structure,it is possible to easily lead to incarceration of inguinal hernia oblique groove,stocks hernia diagnosis and differential diagnosis provide valuable information,and has become Imaging diagnosis of obturator hernia "gold standard" in the actual work can provide clinicians a more accurate preoperative understand the disease,the development of rational treatment programs are big help.
