Objective: To investigate the efficacy and safety of the butylphthalide sodium chloride injection in internal carotid artery stenosis patients applied with interventional treatment of perioperative period. Methods: A total of 80 cases of interventional treatment in patients with internal carotid artery stenosis, were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,40 cases in each. Two groups were given routinely treated with aspirin enteric coated tablets 100 mg once, clopidogrel 75 mg once a day, atorvastatin 20 mg once a day. While in the treatment group, patients were additionally applied with butylphthalide sodium chloride injection 100 ml twice a day for 14 days.Treatment time of two groups were two weeks. Before and after treatment, two groups were recorded of(cerebral blood volume,CBV),(cerebral blood flow,CBF),(mean transit time,MTT)and(time to peak TTP)parameter.Through the SPSS statistics, the obtained results T test were reused.Statistical differences between each variable of the existence of the observed has no statistical significance. Results: Compared with the control group, neural function defect score of the posttreatment in treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group. The difference was statistically significant(P< 0.05).The value of cerebral blood volume(cerebral blood volume,CBV),(cerebral blood flow,CBF),(mean transit time,MTT)and(time to peak,TTP)all maintain statistical differences(P < 0.05).Conclusion: Butylphthalide sodium chloride injection is a kind of novel neuroprotective drugs which has the function of anti ischemia.Application of it in patients with stenosis of internal carotid artery interventional is safe and effective. |
