The Effect Of Herbs-partitioned Moxibustion On The Expression Of Blood Lipid Level,hemorheology And ALT,AST Contents Of Serum In Hyperlipidemic Rats Model

Objective: This experiment is to observe the herbs-partitioned moxibustion treat hyperlipidemic rats model.Observe rheology and hyperlipidemic model rats,blood rheology and the influence of the of serum ALT,AST.Exploring every effect in the medical treatment of hyperlipidemia,and to evaluate its curative effect,provide new treatment idea for clinical treatment of hyperlipidemia and theoretical basis.Method: 80 male SD(Sprague-Dawleg)rats were selected and randomly divided into blank group,model group,treatment group and western medicine medicine moxibustion treatment group four groups,each group of 20,the blank group based feed with the rest of the group USES the method of feeding high fat forage hyperlipidemia rat model was established.After the success of the building,the western medicine treatment group simvastatin to fill the stomach,he d calcium treatment,every medicine moxibustion treatment group for drug moxibustion therapy,observation group rats general conditions change,testing each lipid levels of rats after treatment,blood rheology and serum ALT,AST levels.Results:(1)Compared with model group,western medicine treatment group significantly lighter weight,statistically significant differences in bring(~?P<0.05);Compared with western medicine treatment group,the weight of every drug moxibustion treatment group was obviously lighter,difference was statistically significant(~?P<0.05);(2)compared with the blank group,model group of TG,TC,LDL-C were significantly higher,significantly lower HDL-C,a statistically significant difference(~?P<0.05);After the intervention,compared with model group,treatment group,western medicine medicine moxibustion treatment group of TG,TC,LDL-C were significantly lower,HDL-C were significantly increased,the differences were statistically significant(~?P<0.05,~?P<0.05);Lie between drug moxibustion treatment group and western medicine treatment group of TG,TC,LDL,HDL-C-C than there was no statistically significant difference(P>0.05);(3)compared with the blank group,model group,high shear rate and low shear rate,plasma viscosity,erythrocyte deposited,erythrocyte aggregation index,erythrocyte electrophoresis time were significantly elevated,statistically significant differences(~?P<0.05);After the intervention,compared with model group,treatment group,western medicine medicine moxibustion treatment group of high shear rate,low shear rate,plasma viscosity,erythrocyte pressure volume,erythrocyte electrophoresis time,erythrocyte aggregation index were significantly decreased,the differences were statistically significant(~?P<0.05,~?P<0.05);Lie between drug moxibustion treatment group and western medicine treatment group and high shear rate and low shear rate,plasma viscosity,erythrocyte deposited,erythrocyte aggregation index,erythrocyte electrophoresis time compared to there was no statistically significant difference(P>0.05);(4)compared with the blank group,model group of ALT and AST were significantly increased,the difference is statistically significant bring(~?P<0.05);After the intervention,compared with model group,treatment group,western medicine effect of ALT,AST in treatment group were significantly lower,the differences were statistically significant(~?P<0.05,~?P<0.05);Every drug moxibustion treatment group compared with western medicine treatment group of ALT,AST,differences were statistically significant.Conclusion:(1)Every drug moxibustion treatment not only can effectively improve the quality of survival in hyperlipidemia model rats,and can effectively improve hyperlipidemia model rats blood lipid levels and blood rheology,namely every drug moxibustion has good therapeutic effect on hyperlipemia;(2)every medicine moxibustion therapy can significantly reduce hyperlipidemia model rats serum ALT,AST levels,every medicine moxibustion therapy for hyperlipidemia model rats of liver function has better protective effect;(3)the isolation effect hyperlipidemia with obvious therapeutic effect,treatment green security,worthy of clinical popularization and application.
