The Effects Of Clinical Symptoms And Thyroid Hormone Levels For Primary Hypothyroidism Of Liver Depression And Spleen Deficiency Type By Herbs-partitioned Moxibustion On Navel

Objective:To compare the differences in clinical symptoms and thyroid hormone levels in patients with primary hypothyroidism of liver depression and spleen deficiency type by comparing the herbs-partitioned moxibustion on navel and the flour-partitioned moxibustion on navel,and to explain the mechanism of primary hyperthyroidism treated by herbs-partitioned moxibustion on navel,offers a new therapy for treating primary hypothyroidism train of thought.Method:Including 40 cases of primary hypothyroidism with liver depression and spleen deficiency,randomized single-blind method was used to divide the patients into 20 groups of the herbs-partitioned moxibustion on navel(treatment group)and the flour-partitioned moxibustion on navel(control group)in 20 cases.Both groups were treated with basic treatment.After 3 courses of treatment,the changes of TCM symptoms and thyroid hormone levels(TSH,FT3,FT4)were observed before and after treatment in both groups.Results:1.Improvement of symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine: the clinical symptoms and symptoms of each individual clinical symptoms and symptoms of the treatment group were significantly improved compared with that of the control group(P < 0.05).The total effective rate of the treatment group was 90%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 45%.The difference between the two groups was significant,and it was proved thatthe clinical treatment effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.2.Thyroid hormone level: After treatment,TSH decreased,FT3 and FT4 were significantly increased,and the numerical variation of the experimental indicators in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).3.Safety evaluation results: no discomfort was observed in the treatment.Conclusion:The herbs-partitioned moxibustion on navel can improve TCM symptoms and thyroid hormone levels in patients with primary hypothyroidism of liver depression and spleen deficiency type,the method of the herbs-partitioned moxibustion on navel is superior to the flour-partitioned moxibustion on navel,the herbs-partitioned moxibustion on navel can be used as a treatment for primary hypothyroidism is safe and effective treatment.
