The Research Of Hypertension With Hyperhomocysteinemia Combined Metabolic Syndrome Characteristics Of Tcm Syndrome In Uyghur Nationality

Objective: By observing the distribution of TCM syndrome of the hypertensi on with hyperhomocysteinemia combined metabolic syndrome in Uyghur nationalit y,reveal its internal law,and to quantify the clinical features of the hypertension with hyperhomocysteinemia combined metabolic syndrome with modern detection methods,provide the basis for differenting types of hypertension with hyperhomoc ysteinemia combined metabolic syndrome for Uyghur nationality,and guide the cli nical treatment.Methods: Selected 106 cases of hypertension with hyperhomocyst einemia combined metabolic syndrome of Uyghur patients met the inclusion criteri a,collected the general information like gender,age,history,symptoms,signs,to ngue coating,pulse condition,Chinese dialectical typing,and spectively,observing SBP,DBP,Hcy,FPG,2hPG,HbA1 C,TG,HDL-D,LDL-D,GFR,Cys-C,SUA,S cr,BUN,Then Process Statistical Analysis.Results:(1)106 cases distribution char acteristics of hypertension with hyperhomocysteinemia combined metabolic syndro me TCM syndrome:phlegm-dampness distribution is the most widespread.Phlegm-da mpness 31 cases(29.2%)> yinxuyangkang 25 cases(23.6%)>anger hyperactivity 19 c ases(17.9%)>yin and yang deficiency 18 cases(17%)>blood-stasis obstruction 13 c ases(12.3%).(2)The yin and yang deficiency patients age is higher than the avera ge age,anger hyperactivity,yinxuyangkang,phlegm-dampness,blood-stasis obstruct ion,and the difference is significant(P<0.05).(3)There are the proportion of 60.38% patients with familial history of hypertension in hypertension with hyperhomo cysteinemia combined metabolic syndrome patients.there are significant differences among yinxuyangkang,phlegm-dampness,and blood-stasis obstruction(P<0.05).(4)The majority of hypertension with hyperhomocysteinemia combined metabolic syn drome patients(accounted for 55.66%)With high salt and fat diet,the second is fa t diet habit,but no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).Anger hyperactivity respectively compared with yinxuyangkang,yin and yang deficiency P<0.05,but there ar e no significant differences between phlegm-dampness and blood-stasis obstruction(P>0.05).(5)In hypertension with hyperhomocysteinemia combined metabolic synd rome patients,the 85.85% patients with rated 3 hypertension.Yin and yang deficien cy respectively compared with anger hyperactivity and phlegm-dampness,there are significant differences on hypertension grades(P<0.05).(6)TCM syndrome of the hypertension with hyperhomocysteinemia combined metabolic syndrome has signific ant difference in waistline(P<0.05).TCM syndrome respectively compared,yin and y ang deficiency has significant differences respectively with anger hyperactivity and yinxuyangkang(P<0.05).(7)Comparing Hcy level among high blood pressure clas sification:grade 3 hypertension> grade 2 hypertension > grade 1 hypertension,but t he difference is not significant(P>0.05).(8)The correlation analysis of Hcy and re nal function indexes: Hcy levels are positively correlated with SUA,Scr,while ne gatively correlated with GFR,and the difference is significant(P<0.05).But there i s no significant correlation with other renal function indexes.Conclusion:(1)The distribution characteristics of hypertension with hyperhomocysteinemia combined m etabolic syndrome TCM syndrome: The phlegm-dampness distribution is the most widespread.Phlegm-dampness> yinxuyangkang> anger hyperactivity> yin and yang deficiency >blood-stasis obstruction.(2)The levels of Hcy are rising with the bl ood pressure classification increased,and in blood-stasis obstruction the highest,seco ndly in phlegm-dampness,which reminding us that for the Uyghur hypertension w ith hyperhomocysteinemia combined metabolic syndrome patients,paying attention to using the traditional Chinese medicine of tranquilizing liver and yang,and com patibility of medicine for educing phlegm and removing dampness,blood-activating and stasis-dissolving.(3)The hypertension with hyperhomocysteinemia combined metabolic syndrome is closely related to the gender,obesity,the grade of hyperten sion,blood sugar,blood lipid,reminding us putting a high value on the therapy o f intervening life,change eating habits,get some exercise,control weigh,Quit sm oking-limited wine,and keep good state of mind.
