The Clinical Research On The Way Of Nourishing The Liver And Kidney Combined With Donepezil HCL In The Treatment Of Vascular Dementia

?Purpose?:To explore the clinical curative effect of nourishing the liver and kidney combined with Donepezil HCL in the treatment of vascular dementia.?Method?: During March in 2014 to December in 2015 in Rui Kang affiliated hospital of Guangxi medical University neurology clinic and hospital treatment of 42 patients with vascular dementia according to random number table method according to the proportion of 1:1 were randomized into treatment group and control group,each group 21 cases,control group,with donepezil HCL 5 mg daily treatment,the treatment group with 5 mg donepezil HCL in every day on the basis of add and remove stasis of Chinese medicine for nourishing the liver kidney 2 times/day,the two groups were treated 15 weeks.Before and after treatment 1 month,3 months after treatment,respectively,observe two groups of simple intelligent state examination(MMSE),hasegawa intelligence scale(HDS),self-care ability of daily life scale(ADL),cognitive changes of event related potential(P300)score.All data using SPSS19.0 statistical analysis software for analysis.Measurement data using t test,counting data using X2 test.?Results?:(1)The comparison between the two groups before treatment had no significant difference(P > 0.05),two groups of comparable;(2)A month respectively,the two groups after treatment compared with before treatment MMSE,HDS,ADL scale score were obviously improved(P < 0.01);(3)After one month the treatment between two groups of MMSE,HDS,ADL scale score each other is not statistically significant(P > 0.05);(4)Two group 1 month after treatment,respectively,compared with before treatment P300 significant differences(P < 0.01);(5)After one month the treatment between two groups of P300 compare significant differences(P < 0.01);(6)Between the two groups after treatment in March MMSE,HDS,ADL scale score compare significant differences(P < 0.01);(7)Does not appear in the process of nourishing the liver and kidney and dispelling stasis method about the impact treatment of adverse reactions.?Conclusion?: Nourishing the liver kidney and dispelling stasis method combined donepezil HCL can obviously improve cognitive function in patients with vascular dementia,the vascular dementia has better clinical curative effect,is worth further research.
