Objective: to retrospective analysis Ureaplasma urealyticum culture and male division disease of Ureaplasma urealyticum infection in andriatrics clinic of the Ruikang Hospital affiliated to Guangxi University of Chinese medicine nearly two years the treatment, and observation of 80 cases of Uu infection treatment in patients with Intergrative medicine.Study of Ureaplasma urealyticum infection caused by male diseases and its clinical curative effect. Methods: 1.The results of Ureaplasma urealyticm(Uu)cultivation and union male division disease that were performed in 1463 outpatient patients of Ruikang Hospital affiliated to Guangxi University of Chinese medicine suspected with urogenital tract Ureaplasma urealyticm infection from Jan2014 to Dec 2015 were analyzed and summarized.2.Including in the standard of 80 cases were treated by simple random number table method is divided into the observation group 40 cases(Mi Lin Qing capsule joint Levofloxacin dispersible tablets and Azithromcin Enteric-coated Capsules)and control group 40 cases(Levofloxacin dispersible tablets and Azithromcin Enteric-coated Capsules).By observing the laboratory examination indexes and TCM symptom integral change to compare two groups of clinical curative effect of treatment. Results: 1.The 1463 cases of patients infected by Ureaplasma urealyticum are 243 cases of patients less than twenty-year-old,416 cases ofpatients aged between 21 and 40,618 cases of patients aged between 41 and60,186 cases of patients over 61 years old.Uu infection mainly occurred in the age of 21~60 years old.Ureaplasma urealyticum infection occurred mainly in the age group of 21~60.2.The 1463 cases of patients infected by Ureaplasma urealyticum are561(38.35%)cases of chronic prostatitis,402(27.48%)cases of infertility,67(4.58%)cases of Epididymo orchitis,143(9.77%)cases of ED,108(7.38%)cases of PE,30(2.05%)cases of Seminal vesicle,386(26.38%)cases of patients with more than two diseases,289(19.75%)patients with three or more diseases,473(32.33%)cases of simple reproductive patients with Ureaplasma urealyticum infection.3.The 1463 cases of Uu culture results showed that: Uu showed high resistance rates of clindamycin(18.53%),erythromycin(14.46%)and Roxithromycin(10.24%),Uu was sensitive only to azithromycin 、levofloxacin and doxycycline.Antibiotic resistance of Mycoplasma varied during the 2 years,Uu showed an upward trend.4.Two groups of TCM symptoms curative effect comparison:observation group of 40 patients,30 cases cured,7 cases were markedly effective, effective in 1 cases,0 no effect, the negative rate was 97.4%;Control group,40 patients healed in 25 cases,10 cases were markedly effective, effective in 4 cases,0 cases of invalid, the negative rate was 89.7%.The curative effect of the two groups have statistical significance(P < 0.05),the curative effect of observation group was not obviously better than the control group. Two groups to improve clinical curative effect comparison: Treatment group in improving symptoms(such as swelling of urethral orifice, abnormal urine, etc.)is superior to the control group with significant difference(P < 0.05)Conclusions:1、We should pay more attention to and pay attention to diagnosis and treatment scheme in common male disease in Ureaplasma urealyticum infection.2、Uu infections of urogenital tract happens at a higher rate in men.lt is necessary to carry out Uu culture and drug susceptibility test and reasonably use antibiotics on the basis of drug sensitivity.3、The high rate of negative treatment of the disease with traditional Chinese and Western medicine, symptoms improved significantly,is currently the best treatment plan.
