| Reproductive tract infections of ureaplasma urealyticam (Uu) belongs to a kind of sexually transmitted diseases (STD), which can lead to multiple gynecology diseases, such as colpitis, cervicitis, pelvic inflammation, and even acyesis. Ureaplasma urealyticam infections spreaded rapidly allover the country in recent decades, and it is becoming a serious social problem. Professor Han Yan-hua, my supervisor, exercises Chinese medical theory on this disease, and bring forward the integrative therapeutics of Chinese medicine, Xiaokangling II , and western medicine, astromicin, which achieves remarkable clinical effect. This thesis is completed with the instruction of supervisor Han Yan-hua with all of her attention. 60 outpatients are studied in the comparative experiment. Astromicin and clarithromycin are used in the control group. The result shows that the reversing ratio of positive Uu antibody is much higher in the treat group than in the control group. And it is noticed that all the Chinese medical symptoms got good curative effect in the treat group, while only symptoms of hypogastrium pain and oliguria with reddish urine achieved notable curative effect in the control group. This meansthat the cure of Xiaokangling II is more comprehensive than Western medicine. It can enhance patient's immunologic function, and get better curative effect at last. The pathogenesis of gynecology diseases with Uu infection is proposed to be of the accumulation of damp-heat and toxic factor in the body, impeding circulation of qi and blood, and impairing ren channel and the belt channel after long days. So the general remedy should be of the clearing away of heat and toxic materials, activating blood and eliminating wetness. It is shown in the study, that the prescription of Xiaokangling II is reasonable and strict. Xiaokangling II has synergistic action with astromicin, and it is a kind of perfect Chinese medicine to cure the infection of Uu.
