Objective Clinical Evaluation acupuncture combined with medicine in the treatment of stroke complicated with pulmonary infection(cough) under “the principle of simultaneous applicaton of cooling and tonifying” syndrome of deficiency of qi and yin patients, try to analyze the effect of acupuncture combined treatment of pulmonary infection(cough)syndrome of deficiency of qi and yin. For the next step from the perspective of yin and qi, syndrome of deficiency of qi and yin for lung infection(cough) provide an objective basis. Methods Collect Anhui Medical University Second Affiliated Hospital of 60 cases diagnosed as stroke patients with pulmonary infection syndrome of deficiency of qi and yin(have to undergo clinical symptoms, signs and brain CT or MRI and TCM) were randomly divided into treatment and control groups 30 cases in each group. The control group received conventional Western medicine: a positive for the disease; 2 based on empirical treatment or sputum culture or drug susceptibility test results given appropriate antibiotics and cough and phlegm and asthma symptomatic and supportive treatment. The treatment group were treated based on the addition of: 1. Chinese medicine decoction oral or nasal day one. 2. acupuncture treatment, once a day. The two groups are 7 days for a course of treatment, 2 courses. Before treatment and on day 14 of treatment records body temperature, blood count, C-reactive protein(CRP),expectoration, clinical pulmonary infection score(CPIS), TCM symptoms integral characteristic data such as indicators and compare. Statistics are used SPSS 17.0statistical software for statistical data processing.Results1.Before treatment, the treatment group and the control group in the body temperature, the amount of expectoration, blood, CRP, CPIS, TCM symptoms characteristic points and other data indicators were confirmed by statistically, the results p>0.05, not statistically significant, comparable.2.After two courses of treatment, comparison between the treatment and control groups in expectoration, fever, CPIS, TCM symptom score. In the amount of expectoration,TCM symptom score aspect p<0.05, the difference was statistically significant, it is believed there are differences in the two groups after treatment. In the body temperature, clinical pulmonary infection score there was no statistically significant p>0.05, the difference. Tip expectoration, and other aspects of traditional Chinese medicine symptom score, acupuncture combined with medicine in the treatment of stroke complicated with pulmonary infection(cough) under “the principle of simultaneous applicaton of cooling and tonifying” syndrome of deficiency of qi and yin clinical efficacy is superior to conventional Western medicine, and the body temperature,CPIS efficacy aspect less.3.After two courses of treatment, the treatment group and the control group CRP, blood between the two groups. CRP in terms of p<0.05, the difference was statistically significant, it is believed there are differences in the two groups after treatment. In blood there was no statistically significant p>0.05, the difference. Tip CRP in terms of clinical efficacy acupuncture combined with medicine in the treatment of stroke complicated with pulmonary infection(cough) under “the principle of simultaneous applicaton of cooling and tonifying” syndrome of deficiency of qi and yin superior to conventional Western medicine, but in terms of the efficacy of blood or less.4.After two courses of treatment, the clinical efficacy of the treatment group and the control group derived p>0.05, the difference was not statistically significant. However, the treatment group efficiency 93.33% was significantly higher than 86.67% in the control group prompt under “the principle of simultaneous applicaton of cooling and tonifying”acupuncture combined medicine with clinical efficacy was slightly better than conventional western medicine.Conclusion1.The use of acupuncture combined with medicine in the treatment of stroke complicated with pulmonary infection(cough) under “the principle of simultaneous applicaton of cooling and tonifying” syndrome of deficiency of qi and yin patients, can significantly reduce the amount of expectoration, reduce lung infection inflammation, improve clinical efficacy.2.The use of acupuncture combined with medicine in the treatment of stroke complicated with pulmonary infection(cough) under “the principle of simultaneous applicaton of cooling and tonifying” syndrome of deficiency of qi and yin patients is an effective and feasible in Western medicine comprehensive treatment program, worthy of further study.
