Clinical Observation On The Therapeutic Effect Of Pulmonary Infection With Sepsis Treated By Baihurenshen Soup

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine Baihurenshen soup with Western medicine to treat pulmonary infection with sepsis and the effect on serum inflammatory factor levels. Explore mechanism of Baihurenshen soup in the treatment of lung infections with sepsis. Provide clinical basis for its treatment of pulmonary infection with sepsis.Methods:60cases of pulmonary infection with sepsis patients were randomly divided into two groups,30cases in the treatment group adding Baihurenshen soup to take orally on the basis of routine Western medicine method,30cases in the control group were given routine Western medical treatment. To observe the clinical curative effect of two groups of patients after treatment and the changes on TCM symptoms and signs scores, APACHE II scores,each single TCM symptoms and serum inflammatory factor levels,to record adverse reactions in treatment process.Analyzing datas by SPSS21.0packages.Results:1.Baseline comparison:The baseline material in two groups were comparable (P>0.05)。2.Comparison of efficacy:The total efficiency difference between the two groups is not statistically significant (P>0.05). The cure rate and markedly effective rate (cure+effective) of treatment programs are superior to control group, the difference is statistically significant(P <0.05)。3. Signs and symptoms score comparison:patients’signs and symptoms score decreased in the two groups after treatment(P<0.01),and the treatment group is better than control group, the difference has statistically significance(P<0.05).The treatment group in improving the size of the respite,fever,thirst,sweat,bloating, constipation and irritability is superior to Western medicine treatment group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Two groups in improving the size of the cough, expectoration and pulmonary rales is not statistically significant (P>0.05) The treatment group in decreasing the disappear rate of fever,thirst,bloating, constipation and not statistically significant (P>0.05)4. APACHE Ⅱ score comparison:patients’ APACHE Ⅱ score decreased in the two groups after treatment(P<0.01),and the difference is not statistically significant(P<0.05). 5. Serum inflammatory factor levels:Serum inflammatory factor levels decreased in the two groups after treatment(P<0.01), and the treatment group’s serum level of PCT and CRP was better than the control group, differences are statistically significant(P<0.05).6. Security Analysis:there is no sever adverse reaction occurring in the four groups.Conclusion:Baihurenshen soup with Western medicine to treat pulmonary infection with sepsis can improve the clinical efficacy, improve the patient’s clinical symptoms and signs, regulate PCT and CRP levels and inhibit excessive inflammatory respons.
