Objective: This survey adopts Acoustic Radiation Force Impulse technology to measure and compare the liver shear wave value of the normal population and the patients suffering from Wilson disease on the base of the two-dimensional ultrasound. Also, it makes relative analysis about the liver shear wave value of Wilson disease patients and bio-chemicals indexes of copper and liver fibrosis in lab inspection, which means to value whether there is distinction between the normal population and the patients. What's more, the further analysis, whether there is relativity between the liver shear wave speed of patients suffering amyostatic syndrome and the bio-chemical indexes of copper and liver fibrosis is to explore whether ARFI can reflect the situation of patients' copper metabolism and the degree's AFL, Whether the severity of the patients suffering from the Wilson disease can be indirectly evaluated.Methods: The subjects were 160 cases of HLD patients who were hospitalized in the First Affiliated Hospital of Anhui University of Traditional Chinese Medicine and 90 cases of healthy volunteers.The subjects were matched with age and sex, all of which had no history of neurological or psychiatric history.Adopt Color Doppler ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus-SIEMENS ACUSON-S2000, Broadband convex array probe(4C1), probe frequency 2.5-4.6MHz,to scan the normal group(n=90) and amyostatic syndrome group(n=160) with conventional ultrasound under limosis, to observe the liver parenchyma echo, enlargement, can show "fatty liver, starlight, dendritic, rock type, nodular" five kinds of ultrasonic ultrasonographic performance,and lay interest of region in the right intercostal and right posterior, which is one centimeter away from the liver capsule. Then, start ARFI imaging system and detect liver right posterior lobe by VTQ. When taking the result, we should try to avoid the visible vascular structure in liver, synchronously, tell the patients to hold their breath, finally, gauge the liver SWV value. At the same time,measure biochemical indexes of copper about the patients: Cu2+?CP?SCO, liver fibrosis: PC-?, ?-C, LN and four HA indicators. To analyze whether there is statistical distinction between normal group and in-normal group by statistical software. And to analyze liver SWV value of HLD liver of different sonogram, afterwards, to further analyze whether there is relativity among liver value of Wilson disease group and biochemical indexes of copper and liver fibrosis.Results: 1. The normal group VS HLD group compared by liver SWV value: the normal group: SWV=1.11±0.18m/s, HLD group: SWV=1.85±0.22m/s. The independent sample t-test reveals the significant difference between each other(P<0.01); 2. The HLD patients with different sonograohic appearance on the two-dimensional ultrasound,compared by liver SWV value:the liver SWV value of the fatty liver type and starlight type: 1.61±0.34m/s, the liver SWV value of the arborization type:1.86±0.42m/s,the liver SWV value of the statum shape type:1.90±0.43m/s,the liver SWV value of the nodositas type: 2.37±0.59m/s, there is statistical distinction between every two group in four groups.(F=16.15, P<0.01); 3. The correlation analysis between Copper biochemistry and liver SWV value of the HLD patients: there is no relativity between liver SWV value and Cu2+?CP, are respectively-0.130(P=0.430),-0.250(P=0.132),there is negative correlation between Copper biochemistry and SCO value, its coefficient rs is-0.391(P=0.029); 4. The correlation analysis between SWV value and liver fibrosis: There is positive relativity between SWV value and liver fibrosis(PC-?, ?-C,LN,HA).The rs are respectively 0.448(P=0.005),0.461(P=0.003),0.346(P=0.036),0.410(P=0.019).Conclusions: 1. The ARFI technology can reflect the liver texture of patients suffering amyostatic syndrome to some extent. For the patient's liver elasticity underlying some burden is slacker than the normal people; 2. The higher liver involvement degree on the liver patients' liver elasticity are, accompanying with the rising of liver SWV speed, which indirectly reflects that SWV value can responses liver involvement of the patient; 3. There is a ability of transferring copper in negative phrase between patients' liver SWV and SCO value; 4. The liver SWV value of patients has positive correlation among hepatic fibrosis, which shows the liver SWV value can reflect patients' degree of involvement.
